Vincent POV

Last night was hard for Chris. He tried not to show how much his ankle hurt; the swelling had gone down, but the bruise was all over his ankle and covered his whole foot. Dad is worried about a broken bone or cracked at the least and wants him to pull out; he is at the nurse's station now, with some officials talking about it. It looked painful. I know we are strong and experience a lot of pain; you have to do this game, but I am a big baby when it comes to my family, and I see someone I care for in pain. I feel all of it for them.

'Vincent, talk some sense into your brother.' Dad came barreling towards me, Chris following behind, his face sad as he limped towards me.
