Chapter 41
A single translucent feather fell from the sky and Kyoko reached out a hand to catch it. She gasped when it was suddenly absorbed into her hand and she felt warmth travel up her arm and into her chest. Placing the same hand over her heart, she savored the moment and realized that Kyou had left another part of himself with her this night. Kyoko stood there in amazement… watching until he was out of sight. For the first time, she almost wished he would have stayed a little longer. Then it dawned on her.
