Caly’s POV (Blue Moon’s Bite)

The dessert was lovely, but not nearly enough, and I knew that there wouldn’t be anything leftover in the conference room. We decided to order some lunch for the three of us from the cafeteria. I ate my lunch, hunched up over my laptop and finished up my questionnaire before the 3 pm meeting. I sent it to Tucker for review, but he chose to forward it along without even looking, I raised my eyebrow at that.

“If you never tried screwing me over on a group project the whole time we went to school together, why would you while I’m actually crediting you and paying you for your work.” He replied confidently.

Theressa’s cell phone rang, a worried look crossed her face. “Hello?” … “I’m with Caly right now, why?” I couldn’t hear the other half of the conversation,
