    Taking a deep breath, I picked up the handset and dialed Thierry’s number. I doodled a little on the notepad as the phone rang. There wasn’t an answer, so I tried Robert’s number. He picked up after a couple rings.

    “Robert Dubois, what can I do for you?” He answered.

    “It’s Lucien.” I replied.
