Sure, jogging at a lonely park, with questionable reputation, in the middle of a Saturday morning might seem like a very bad idea now that I think about it… First day running, not being very enthusiastic about exercising, I decided to go to a private place just in case I lose my breath after two minutes. No witnesses, no embarrassment. It didn´t take two but about ten minutes for me to begin seeing silver dots all over. Traying to catch my breath I stopped and saw at the corner of my eye a human shape. Pretended not to see anything and did my best to keep running, maybe I would find a group of people and be safe, unfortunately was already too tired to scape. The figure was getting closer, I could hear his steps closing the distance between us. I felt dizzy out of the lack of oxygen and while I was struggling to breath and keep my legs moving, suddenly felt an arm gripping around my neck from behind and something sharp dangerously on my side. My heart was pounding so hard I could feel it in my ears clouding my thoughts, my head felt like it was about to explode, couldn’t hear anything, think or move. The feeling of hopelessness was overwhelming, taking over me, pressing down my chest from within. A sudden burst of light came out of me, couldn’t say the exact place of my body, throwing the both of us back against the running road. Slowly, tried to open my eyes, could see the knife away from us, it was my chance to escape but my body wouldn’t respond. Someone was definitely behind me. With a lot of effort turned my head to see a man apparently unconscious and bleeding all over. Made the attempt to push myself from the ground with my hands but my fingers and my chest felt like burning. With blurry vision caught that the image in front of me started waving, like seeing a reflection on quiet water after touching it softly. It quickly became the shape of a man, wearing a white shirt, dark green pants and a funny jade green robe with golden edges. He looked like he was surrounded by water. His beard (not long), hair (short and neat), clothes and limbs seemed to be floating around. He didn't look like he was touching the ground, he was a couple of inches above and then he landed, and all the water effect disappeared. He opened his eyes, was dry and normal… for a floating men in a robe. I froze. He walked towards me, looked down, kneeled, hugged me and everything went white. It felt so safe, so warm. Should have been scared but somehow wasn’t. He had a familiar smell, and a soft calming voice “Everything is going to be fine, I finally found you. I’m taking you home now”. Don´t remember anything else.
