The Rose Castle, where the official seat of power is located. Outside the castle was filled with the scream of people as they were surrounded by the Silverite armies. The King’s very own army was outnumbered by his own nephew, Qal, son of Lord Tyson Silverite and Lord of the Silverlands, who is just a 16-year-old boy who inherited his father’s lands, title and wealth after his sudden death.  Soldiers invaded the capital city the way the plague did. They were unstoppable and killed anyone with no remorse. Killed every woman, children, and old people who would dare block their way from victory.  They were merciless. Ruthless. Inhuman. They barged inside the Queen’s chamber and dragged her out like a common w***e. A w***e who has a crown on its head. A w***e who was a lawful wife to a King. A w***e who gave birth to children who could have been King and Queen. King Roel was captured before he could even request for reinforcement or run for his life. Yet he wasn’t killed immediately as everyone would have done to secure their rights as they would claim the throne they just usurped. He was forced to watch the people around him die, and by the moment they have successfully killed his heir, Crown Prince Talyon. The invaders took pleasure in beheading an anointed King before the crowds of the capital city. Highborns, Low borns and the peasants watch in one crowd as the executioner wields his sword against the neck of King Roel of House Starlight, the second of his name and King of Rosegland. ***** Author's Note: Hi, Hey, Hello everyone.
