Snow White: What Lies in the Forest
"Earlier, you sound so confident that I will serve you as your companion," the Hunstman chuckled, nervously but try he may conceal the tone laced in his voice, "that is if I were not personally ordered by the Queen, what changed, your Royal Highness?" "Hm?" fear left her face, replaced with a cunning smile adorning her pretty features despite the heavy rain pouring from the skies, "How quaint, are you afraid that seducing you, kissing you will lead to your death? Certainly! If only you haven't brought down the subject of my Evil Stepmother," she feigned a tired sighed, dramatically laid a hand against her head, "then you'd be dead."  The fact that that he regarded her as the daughter of the former King out of what she can hinted, out of fear and respect was laughable. Did he actually think that it will appease how much his words annoys her, thinking that these were mere child's play? The thought edges her to a brink where she will not hesitate to use the shard of the True Mirror she picked in haste at moment's notice to deliver a severe blow towards the Queen, be it an annoyance, a frustration over the mirror she fawns herself in self vigorous vanity. Narcissistic wench... Under her coat hides within her dainty fingers holding a shard of mirror, the cracks of gold preciously hides the deception it once was a mirror The mirror was no more than a shard, all that was left of Snow's blood Mother as a reminder of what was left of their home, the castle she once knew, another fleeting memory that once considered her home alongside her loving parents, just as beautiful as she was. Just a mirror reminding of what kind of legacy she left, the one that upon her request will show her Mother's gentle gaze staring down at her as it dawns her, a young girl who lost her Mother upon the call of a tragic, untimely death. What was once a grand exquisitely framed with gold, bronze, and silver mirror displayed in the King's bed chambers now turned to useless pieces of shards. Snow White's lips drips with poison, that alone causes the Hunstsman of the Queen to stop in his tracks, face to face his smirk fades the moment all the pieces fell together into place when a glimpse of a shiny object hidden beneath her coat reveals to be the Queen that treasured the most- The True Mirror as well with the previous proof that poison coated her lips came to a cunning smile. Her title as the Princess may have stripped from her but the potency of her poison grew deadly and was she to allow the man to scandalously take her against her will, she will not back down without a fight since after all, the True Mirror wouldn't work without her.   "Now I see why the Queen wants you dead, aside from your beauty that compares to none." he says, far from dropping humor and playful perverted words. "Not even the Poisoned apple worked, it worked yes," he thinks threads slowly step by step towards her, his hands dislodging scalpels, knives from his belt among other things. They fell to the wet soaked forest ground, muddy then by a few centimeters, he sees her raised her head, this time, a cold woman not hesitant to trample those who will endanger her life in anyway even if that means killing the Queen's Huntsman. Him. "-but not what she did expect." "Very true, the poison coated my lips. Now, if you do something foolish then I won't hesitate to leave a scar against your handsome face." she warned under a growl when her back felt the sensation of hard, sturdy wood, the tree against her back. She clicked her tongue in distaste when he leans over her with a smug look over his face. "I am warning you!" The Huntsman knew many things, things of the past, the present, and perhaps what's to come. History seems to repeat themselves that is so easy to think, and to assume what's to happen next. People would most likely think that the Royalty themselves were as affectionate, loving each other or at the very least the commoners has the knowledge that they were as greedy as any animals. He heard from the stories of the old, the history around the throne almost always revolves around brutal bloodshed, innocents killed, betrayals, scandalous affairs, many more he can vividly describe how power can corrupt one's hearts to oblivion. The Queen was no different either, if anything she might be very well be the most cruel terror to ever plunge the Kingdom of Schneewhitten to a state of a harsh iron grip across the land has ever seen.  Rumors even suggest she's a user of Black Magic, not surprising since a rising surge of rumors, several eye-witnesses accounts, reports sprung ever since Snow White increasingly grew beautiful with age, surpassing the Queen herself which, clearly resorted to allegedly kill the poor Princess by any means necessary. From hiring servants, assassins, merchants, and her infamous procedures to punish her victims using Black Magic ended with nothing but the still breathing, living, and alive Princess whom everyone loved... secretly of course, or else they will meet their untimely demise in the hands of the Queen herself. The Poisoned apples were a popular one, the littlest of children knows to the deep edges of the Forest. "Calm down your Royal Highness, you do not need to fuss. I will not hurt you... much- alright! I will stop!" he raised his arms as she held him at bay by bringing out the shard of glass with her eyes narrowed in anger, "Can you not take a humor, you are one strong woman I give you that." "What do you want from me, Huntsman?" Snow snarled, her patience running thin the longer she stands in the same ground as him, "I have no time dealing with trivial things like you." "Trivial? Me? A trivial thing?" he exploded in fits of laughter, laying a hand against his chest, tears almost threatens to spill from his alone making Snow startled, blinking, clueless she furrowed her brown in confusion. Why was he laughing? Did he not heed her warnings, a frown drew her lips. He looks at her once again before heaving a sigh."Oh, Princess, is it truly, truly a trivial thing for me to know where you are going?" He shakes her head, amidst the pouring of rain. Shivering cold he was, removed his dry, animal fur over her shoulders greatly surprising Snow herself. Confused over his actions, she hesitantly lowers her hand that holds the shard of mirror knowing fully well that this might be a foolish move for her to take. The Forest beckons her, yet again, luring her in like a moth to a flame. She glances to the sight of the dark, looming forest. Beckoning, forcing her in... And the Huntsman knows fully well of what the forest holds in for her. "Your Highness, there are no dwarfs like the legend says, only the Seven Monsters eager to feast upon humans."
