All Hallows Weekend

   "James, are you almost ready to go? Your brothers and sisters friends are here." Mom said as she barged into my room. "They are waiting for you. Why are you just sitting there? You guys are going to be late if you continue to sit there!" Mom picked up my bag and rushed out of the room. I glared at the empty space before walking to the living room. I don't like people much.     "Hey little sis, ready to get going?" Jackson asked. I shrugged, not pleased with this forced trip. I took my bag from mom roughly. "I know this isn't your ideal plan for fun, but it will work out fine. I want you to meet our friends. The two boys by Bella are Edward and Emit. The three girls are Livy, Susan, and Kiley. Harry is out in the car. He's kind of like you, hates people." They waved in amusement.     "Shall we go?" Bella asked. Everyone nodded and made their way out of the house.      "I'm so sorry about my parents guys. They aren't the best." Jackson apologized. "Anyways, let's get this show on the road. The mansion is an hour away. We will stop half way to get something to eat. James, do you have your music?" I showed him my phone and earplugs. "Do you have books?" I paused and then looked back at the house. "That is what I thought. We brought you ten new books. We know you'll enjoy them. Mysteries, paranormal, and Jenna insisted on getting you at least one romance even thought I argued against it."     "I guess one won't kill me." I muttered. Bella handed me a book. Looking at the title, I knew it would be about cults from the 1700's. True stories.          "The others are in the back." Bella informed me. I nodded. Jackson got into to drivers seat and Bella had me get in the front with him.          "We should play a game." Kiley suggested.      "That sounds like fun. Let's do it." Bella said joyously. Jackson rolled his eyes. "Come on, Jackson. You know you want to."      "Okay, okay. I guess it will help pass the time. Will you join in, James?" I looked up from the book. "Well?"      "I'm good." I said.     "Come on, James. Just for a while." Bella begged. I sighed and closed the book. "YES! I say we play twenty questions. I'll go first. Harry, are you currently dating someone?"     "Hell no. Dating is stupid." Harry snapped. Bella rolled her eyes.     "Ask your question snappy pants." Bella ordered him.      "Fine. I'll ask your sister. What gender do you prefer?" He asked. Bella slapped him. "You didn't put any limits on the questions!" He defended.     "I don't see why it matters, but I like both genders. Bi-sexual." I answered.      "You don't care what people think of you?" He asked.     "Never have and never will." I muttered. I opened my book and began to read again     "And you have chased her back into the books. Thank you, Harry. Man, can you at least chill. I know you wanted it to be us and not have a fourteen-year-old girl around, but seriously. You won't even know she is there though. James sticks to herself. Can you try and be chill?"     "Fine." Harry huffed.     "James, how was your day at school?" Bella asked. It appears the game has stopped.     "Quiet. I got an A on my Latin test and an A on my  Latin essay. My teacher is sending my painting to a cousin of hers in Italy. He's going to frame it and put it in the art gallery he owns." I explained.          "That's brilliant! You are going to go places. I'm so proud of you, James." Bella exclaimed.     Jackson woke me up as we arrived at a small café. "Howdy ya'll. I'm Kim and I will be your waitress.  What can I get you to drink?" She looked to me. I looked at Jackson, who just smirked at me.      "She'll take grey tea, two sugars, with milk with a lemon on the side. I will have coffee, just black." Jackson answered.     "Alright sugar." She winked at him. "What about the rest of ya'll?"     "I'll have a water with lemon." Bella answered.     "The rest of us will have the same thing." Kiley said.     "Losers." Jackson muttered. They laughed.      "Alright, I'll be back with that." Kim waltzed off.     "I don't like her. She seemed sluty." Harry declared.     "You're so negative. Can't you be a little happy for once?" Susan snapped. "We love you, we really do, but lately, your mood is bringing us all down." Harry glared at her before getting on his phone. Harry's sleeve went up and I saw fresh cuts. That's when I realized that he is lashing out to push everyone away. I have no doubt that he is planning his death.      I unrolled the napkin that held the silverware. Bella took the knife, giving me a look. "I'm innocent."      "Innocent my ass." She snapped.         "What makes you think that your ass is innocent?" An old man who was drinking coffee in the next table over, snorted and it went over. We fell silent. They looked at the old man and then looked at me. Bella opened her mouth but nothing came out.     "How am I related to you?" She finally asked.     "I don't know." I answered. She raised a brow.      "You know, for someone who has no friends and is shy, you are a smartass." She pointed accusingly at me. I c****d my head and smiled.     "Better to be a smartass than a dumbass." I replied.     "No one can win with you!" Bella whined.     "That's what happens when Uncle Jim teaches you everything." I said. She paled and nothing more was said.     "Uncle Jim?" Harry questioned.     "Don't ask beyond that." Jackson warned.
