Niyati Thakur always dreamed of getting out of her palace, but being the young and only princess to Maharaj Udaybhan Thakur, this was not possible.

So when she hears from her cousin sister that she's getting married, Niyati quickly thinks of ways to finally put her plan to action. This would not only lead her to freedom but she'll also get to see an Indian Destination Wedding which she had always dreamt of witnessing.

What she didn't plan was encountering an arrogant prince whom she had met in childhood, Mohak Khurana. He was arrogant as a child, and he's arrogant as an adult too. He also happens to be the Groom's cousin.

Mohak Khurana has much better things to do rather than attending his Insanely Sweet Cousin's wedding. He could have been boarding a flight to Melbourne so that he could play with his Cricket Team. But he was not that lucky, as he was struck within the trap called 'Wedding'.

As she tastes her freedom, sparks of attraction fly and accidentally they get married. But Mohak doesn't believe in the marriage and quickly leaves.

What will Niyati do, being abandoned by her newly 'wedded' husband? She must find him. So she embarks on a journey from where it all started.

What will become of them?

1. Niyati
"Princess Niyati, Please think it over again. I don't think Your Highness will allow you to leave the premises this late. And you are not even telling me where you are going. At least let me know where you are going. I promise I'll not tell anyone a word about this." Her maid, Kamakshi, trembled as she saw Princess Niyati move frantically within the room. She was packing her stuff in the two large and big suitcases and was ready to elope somewhere. And that too without telling the King about it.  Princess Niyati had heard her pleas, but she didn't pay any heed to her words. She knew her Grand Father. He was just tough for his subordinates, but not to her. She barely doubted that he will even say anything as he trusted her too much. And about her eloping like this, she very well knew what she was doing, or better phrased, what she was about to do. After all, she was a Rajput Princess for crying out loud! "Princess Niyati, Are you even listening to me? Please drop your plan before I lose my life." Her maid whisper yelled as she sensed a commotion outside the room. Some guards might be doing the patrolling to keep the princess safe. "Ahh Kamakshi, You worry too much. I know what I'm doing and what will be the consequences. You don't have to waste your energy in telling me what might happen after I leave. I know it already. And don't worry, I'll be making sure you will not be the one facing the consequences. So breathe and just relax. Okay?" Kamakshi turned her back towards Princess Niyati and started biting her nails. It was punishable to bit your nails, so she made sure she was not visible to the princess. It was easy for the princess to say this, but she knew better. She dreaded the moment when King Udaybhan will come to know that she knew that princess was eloping and she did nothing to stop her. The King will have her head without having to ask anyone about the truth. "Quit biting your nails Kamakshi and help me get this down through the window. I hope your husband might have arrived by now?" She questioned, as she struggled to pick the heavy trolleys. Kamakshi wiped the sweat on her forehead by the dupatta and quickly rushed to Princess Niyati's aid. After some real struggles, they were able to drag the two heavy trolleys towards the window. Princess Niyati carefully looked over the surroundings to see if there were any guards in the area. Upon not finding any, she peeped down and found out that Kamakshi's husband, Deven, was already waiting for her, with a barricade covered with lots of cottons. He waved at her to come down.  After some more struggles, both the trolleys were thrown down, and Deven caught them with ease. Princess Niyati got ready, lifting her heavy embroider lehenga in her hands as she sat on the window sill, and jumped effortlessly, successfully landing on the cotton barricade. "Princess Niyati, Are you okay?? Did you get hurt by any chance?" Kamakshi whispered, conscious to not raise her voice at all. Princess Niyati just waved at her and commanded Deven to lead her to her Car. As she settled herself, she nodded at Deven. He fished out his phone and called the head security guard, Udam Singh, to open the doors of the territory. He gulped and agreed right away and Princess Niyati smirked as she saw the gates opening. "Please Take good care of yourself, my highness. Please let me know if you face any difficulties. I have arranged another new phone for you with all the required details. And do let me know when you come back. I'll be waiting to escort you back to the palace." Princess Niyati rolled her eyes as she turned on the ignition to her Black Audi TT Roadster. "I'm not stupid to come back Deven. This place is like a jail to me, and I don't want to come back at all. So let it be, I'll let you know if there are any problems, but I highly doubt that there will be any. I'm very well capable of handling myself. I'm 21 for a reason." Deven just nodded and bowed his head down as she sped away. He knew she was a pretty clever princess and this made him wonder what weakness she knew about Udam Singh that he readily agreed to help her escape. Opening the rooftop, Princess Niyati let her hairpin down, allowing her hair to flow freely in the direction the wind let them blow. She breathed the fresh air of woods as she drove past the lighthouse, blushing at the memory. This was where she had met HIM. The supposed Mr. Right, her soulmate. Aarush Dobriyal. She still remembers the memory as if it happened yesterday, and not 3 years ago. She sighed in relief once she climbed the last stairs of the lighthouse. She dusted the dirt off her favorite lehenga and fished out her handkerchief to wipe out the sweat off her neck. She tucked the handkerchief back to her waist and turned to admire the view. She always felt lucky that Birthday was in June, this way she was always lucky to see the first drizzles of rain as if showering her with praises and thanking her for being born. Though there was a protective shade that covered the rooftop, she extended her hand to catch the light drizzle of rain. It was funny, that she always desired and wanted to touch the slight drops of rain, but never desired getting drenched in the rain. "Hey Girl, What do you think you are doing here all alone?" exclaimed a husky voice from behind. She closed her eyes as her eyes stopped for a moment. Anticipating a stranger alone at a lighthouse was not something she saw coming. She slowly turned towards the source of the voice and was awestruck. A man stood in front of her. A Greek God to be exact. He looked curious, his body language was attentive and alert. Sensing her gaze on him, he gulped, visibly nervous all of a sudden. Her Hazel eyes could be blamed for that. She always got compliments from people who first met her, saying that she had one piercing gaze. "Not like it's any of your business. Whatever I'm here doing alone doesn't concern you. Leave before I kick you hard." She threatened, silently challenging him. She was curious as to how would this man react. She knew the Man was rich by the choice of clothing he adored. The rich creme shirt was thoroughly wet and was sticking to his body like a second skin, water dripping from his brown leather coat with matching trousers. In all, he was fully drenched in the rain as the water was dripping from every hair above his head. "Well, leaving alone a beautiful teenager behind in this dark outhouse alone might become my business. I'm the new Forest Officer and it automatically becomes my duty to protect any living being roaming around in the forest." Came his confident answer. Gone was the nervousness which wavered in his eyes. He stood tall, his chest out as he glared at her, bewildered of the fact a teenager was roaming around without any protection. "I don't care whatever or whoever you are. I'm the King's Grandaughter. So you better respect the fact that on one demand, you might be beheaded for attempting to talk like this way to me." She challenged yet again, pushing his buttons some more. His eyes twinkled with amusement, but his jaw ticked in irritation."Then in that case, I might just get myself beheaded." With that he bent down, getting a hold of her waist and hoisted her over his shoulder as he started climbing down the large stairs of the Lighthouse. She was totally baffled by his audacity but didn't say anything. She wasn't going to beg or command him to put her down. He shall get his punishment ultimately. She will make sure of that. --- "Princess Niyati, Where were you?? Do you know I got so worried that you had left without telling anyone? And that too, leaving your birthday party behind?" Her Grandfather exclaimed, his eyebrows furrowed in concern. "I'm sorry for causing you to worry Grandpa. But this man is to be blamed. He had the audacity to touch me and drag me back to the palace. How dare he Grandpa? Punish him right away." She accused the man, whose identity she was yet to know. "It's not his fault that he had to drag you back, Princess. You had been gone for like 4 hours straight. I was getting worried. And this young man offered to help me. That's it." "But, the last time I saw, You had beheaded the servant who tried to touch me without my consent.." She asked, amused. "That case was different Princess. And besides, I can't do that to my friend's Grandson." Her Grandfather replied, smiling slightly. "Friend's Grandson?" "Yes, The Young Man here is not a stranger. He's my friend Viraj Dobriyal's Grandson, Aarush Dobriyal." "And also a Forest Officer." Aarush came forward and completed his introduction for himself. He smirked as he extended his hand for a handshake, practically teasing her to touch his hand, touch that Man's hand who she had accused of him touching her inappropriately. She stood speechless, unable to digest the fact. She surely knew who Viraj Dobiryal was. He was Rajasthan's biggest Billionaire with many businesses under his name. He along with his Son, Shekhar Dobriyal were famous celebrities, always donating for noble deeds and Trusts. She accepted his hand anyway. One look at him and she knew this guy was something else. He was young, charming, and handsome, all in a dangerous way. "I hope you will co-operate with my rules Princess Niyati." Her heart skipped a beat after she heard her name through his voice. The deep, dark, and husky voice. She quickly retracted her hand and walked away, Lost deep in her thoughts. "And, Happy Birthday!! May God bless you with all your wishes!!" His voice called out from behind. Her breath hitched in her throat. This Man was definitely messing with her brain.
