VALERIE'S POV Its Sunday and i am sitting at home jobless. I got fired from my waitress job because some prick decided to put his hands on my ass. My jack ass of a boss took the customers side with this dumb ass motto ( the customer is always right) we had a big argument and he just fired me, now I'm scrolling through the internet looking for a job and everything is basically full or they do not have enough space for another person. I shut my laptop and sigh, just as I moved my laptop aside Victoria walks in. yes, we live in a small two room apartment which is another reason why I need a job ASAP. I can’t let my best friend pay rent my half of the rent, I will end up feeling guilty about it. "still no luck" Victoria asked making her way into my room, "nope" I sigh still not knowing what I’m going to do for work. "you know I..." she starts to say before I cut her off knowing where she was going with that sentence "no I am not going to let you pay for my half of rent, even if you do i am still going to need a job I can’t sit at home all day and no nothing and you cannot keep paying for my half of rent forever, I love you for caring thou" I say looking at her to make sure that  she got the jest of what i am saying. "I know" she says as she sits on my bed and grabs my laptop, "what are y..."just before I could finish what I was about to say she cut me off by placing her finger on my mouth as to shh me, I fall back on my pillow and listen to her because I know there is no use of arguing with her because she won’t find anything..... "i got something" Victoria squeals as she jumps up and down on my bed, I quickly shoot up and looked at my laptop screen. a Nanny? " a Nanny Tori seriously!?" I say looking at her with a raised eyebrow, " but guess who’s kid it is" she says returning the same look but with a big toothy grin, "who ?" i ask with a questionable look, "Lorenzo Hernandez!" she says like I was supposed to know who this person is, I think this girl forgets I live under a rock and I don't go out much, i look at her confused as f**k  " your point is " I ask, she looks at me like I have grown two heads in the last 10 seconds, yep she is going to lose it. "he is crazy hot and rich but I hear he is dangerous and people fear him for whatever reason" she says, sounds like she has read up on this guy before, " and you want me to work for him?" i ask looking at her with the don't you dare make me look, she just smiles ( well s**t I’m f****d) " are you crazy" I ask her  "but they pay is awesome, $1000 dollars a day!" she says with dollar signs in her eyes, yet I'm the one that needs a job, I grab my laptop off her  and look at the Ad, she is right $1000 a day, that enough to cover my rent for the next six months! who is this guy!?. "if you don't take this job, I will beat your ass" she says with a stern facial expression letting me know she is not bluffing, I quickly fill out the application online, I'm sure I won’t get chosen because if this guys is 'Famous' as Victoria says I'm sure other women no I know a lot of other women would have applied as well, but I do it anyway " happy now?" I ask sarcastically "very she says with a smile. The day slowly goes by, me and Victoria   are sitting down in our living room watching the vampire Diaries and eating popcorn, when my phone started to ring, I looked at the caller ID and it says privet number, i raised a brown and looked over to Victoria who just shrugs " don't look at me, just answer it already: she says grabbing another hand full of popcorn, I roll my eyes and answered the phone. PHONE CALL Valeria-*Hello* Lorenzo- *Hello i am calling to speak to Valeria Garcia* his voice is deep and sexy as f**k, focus Valeria. Valeria- *speaking* Lorenzo-*my name is Lorenzo Hernandez I am calling to let you know you got the job* Valeria- *I did what? * i say in shock I glance at tori, she has s**t eating grin on her face. "why am I not surprised" carols says rubbing his chin while looking at applicants " me and you both brother" I say doing the same thing. i have an amazing daughter to make me feel like I can do anything, her name is Xenia , her mother was a gold digging b***h who used me and abandoned Xenia and I, but I thank her because if it wasn’t for her I wouldn't have the greatest thing that ever happened to me. Xenia can be a handful that’s why her nannies never last, hopefully which ever nanny can last more than three days can handle her but that's not possible. I am the mafia king meaning I run the most powerful Mafia in the world, I am feared and have been called ruthless and cold, but I don't give a f**k, i take my business Very...VERY...seriously. I don't do love because the last women I loved or thought i loved used me and took advantage of my power. to think I actually wanted to marry her, but she left her only daughter and me and I have never heard from her since. "i finally found one, who doesn't have the background of a stripper or pornstar" carols says with a grin "who?" i ask with a chuckle, he turns the laptop to me and I see the most beautiful women i have ever seen in my life, my heart melts, what the f**k! why am I reacting this way!? " okay I will call her and let her know she got the job" he nods and cancels all the other applications, I get her number from her application and call her, after a few ring an angelic voice answers and I felt my heart picking up speed. "are you okay brother" Carlos asked with a smirk, I flip him off and exit my office which makes him chuckle, I head to Xenia's room to tuck her in. "hey princess" i say as i walk into her frozen covered room, for a three year old she does love frozen, well more the snowman then anything else "hi dada" she says in the most cute voice I smile at her and make my way to her bed which she is already in waiting for me. "guess what princess?" i say looking at her cute face "what" she said in her tiny voice looking up at me with her big blue eyes, " you’re going to have a new nanny coming tomorrow" I say with a smile hoping she doesn’t start crying "I don wanna new nanny, I want you" she says looking at me with puppy dog guys, God how can any dad resist that look, it kills me to say no to that face, " I know princess, i promise as soon as dada is done with work he will be back to you okay" I say sighing " otay dada" she says giving me a hug and getting under the covers. the reason the nannies always leave is because they say she is a "spoilt brat" who always gets her own way, but how can I say no to my sweet little girl. the only reason I don't kill them is because they are old women and believe it or not I respect my elders and I don't hit women but if it was anyone else I would have them killed on the spot, I am not cold hearted as people say. I kiss her on the forehead and tuck her in " I love you princess" I say getting off her bed " I wuv you do dada" she says closing her eyes, i smile down at her and exit her room and cut off the lights. I head to my room and get ready for bed; my mind keeps running on Valeria's angelic voice.
