Whom we will love  "Always one time better". * Unbreakable     Damien   I watched her splash into the ocean and swam away, my wolf howled in pain and my chest almost exploded in anguish. I've lost her already so many times and now I was unable to help her, I felt so damn useless and miserable. These feelings tortured me inside, plus I felt her pain and worry for me. * She is the one who goes directly into a war and she is worried about us?! * My wolf barked and I had to hold my head with my hands it hurt so much. " I don't even know how to help her". I thought and felt a gentle touch on my shoulder. I slowly turned around and it was my sister Aurora, she kneed next to me afterwards and we stared at the sunset on the horizon when she finally spoke.  - Damien, you are not alone and she is going to be fine. Frankie is stronger than any of us. - I knew she was right. Frankie's powers were almost unlimited, she was able to kill someone with only a word like Jane could torture someone in Twilight series but this was different. Apart from her siren voice Frankie also could make you feel what she wanted you to feel until that feeling finished with you. But I was also aware of the fact that my beautiful and kind mate had been trough a lot to be able to keep her demon calm and use her powers under control. I pat my sister's back I knew she was freaking worried for Frankie as well, they became very close friends and saved each other's lives several times. Next to Aurora Mark sat down and joined us. He just found out a few days ago that my mate,was his half and only sister. That scene was just pathetic. Two soon to be Alpha's of the most powerful pack's in America and a soon to be Luna who was also daughter of an Alpha were sitting at a cliff wanting to act so terribly and we were  yet  sitting here helplessly. I missed already my mate and wished if there was a way to help her. - Why I can't grow gills? - I thought it out loud when Mark answered with a weak and harsh voice. He was going to be my strongest ally and my brother in law. - Because we are all less cool than her. - Aurora  pursed her lips sadly and sat down hugging her knees with her arms. - I wish there was a way to help her. - She said and sighed.  - Actually there is a way. - We all turned around when we heard the familiar voice, it belonged to my godmother Alice. I got up from the ground and ran to her. I grabbed Alice's shoulders and stared into her eyes. Mark helped Aurora up and embraced her preventing for her to get a cold. They were happy and cute together and I was glad that such a good man takes care of my little sister even when I knew that nobody could take better care for her than I, yet their happiness now hurt my heart. I wanted to hold Frankie in my arms like Mark held my sister.  - Tell me whatever is it Alice! - She grimaced and took off my hand from her shoulders. She rolled her eyes and said. - You can still hunt down her stepfather and get more information about Frankie from him. Also you should visit a friend of mine, she lives in the Bermuda triangle maybe you will even learn something important about this new enemy what can help for Frankie to take him down. - I grinned and hugged her so hard that she hissed in pain. - You are a genius Alice! - I exclaimed and looked at Mark. He smiled at me with dedication in his eyes. Aurora's glace jumped from her mate to me and she smirked and asked. - Will we just stand here or will we start the search? - I frowned a little at her and shared a look with Mark while we mind-linked each other. " - I don't want to get her in trouble. Not now that I have enough to worry about my mate I want my sister in safety. - I know but you know how stubborn she is. Maybe it would be better for everyone if she comes with us. - Mark had a point here but  I din't want to make this decision. I had too much in my head already. - We will discuss this with mom, dad and Steve. If they say okay you can come with us. - Aurora sighed and put her hands on her waist, she stepped in front of me and Mark and scolded us basically. - I'm not a child! I'll be a Luna soon and Frankie is like a sister to me, if you think that I'll sit still and look pretty you are f*****g lost my friends. - Mark grinned and scratched the back of his neck saying to Aurora. - You are so damn cute when you are angry.- But my sister wasn't a stupid little girl and she snorted to her mate. - You do not distract me with compliments. - She poked Mark's chest playfully with faked anger. - You have to get up earlier than this to make me take such a cheap trick. - Mark gave her a tiny peck and Alice cleared her throat. - Maybe it would be the best for Frankie if we head home now and find out a plan. - I nodded and followed Alice home. We all shifted into our wolves except Alice who jumped from tree to tree almost flying between them. The midnight breeze was a little chilly but it made me more awake ,  we ran near the house which was Frankie's my heart clenched when I smelled her sweet dewy tulips and sea salt scent. My wolf howled in sorrow but we didn't stop. When we arrived home we shifted back an put on a few clothing which we tied to our legs before we shifted and went directly to my father's office. Steve was already there just like Adam and Fanny. My best friends since childhood. I knew Alice told them to come here since Adam was her son and she couldn't keep secrets in front of him. When we arrived to the office our parents were sitting behind my father's desk. He on his chair and our mom on his lap as usual. Steve leaned against our father's desk in front of us and Adam with Fanny were sitting at the couch on our right side. Alice was standing in front of her son and daughter in law across the room. As we entered Mark closed the door behind us and I turned to our audience. - I suppose you already know everything. - I shared a look with Alice and looked back at my parents. - Yes Alice told us about everything. - Father said. Aurora took a step ahead towards to them and Mark followed her, they moved like magnets. She raised a little her voice and said. - I want to join Damien. Without Frankie I wouldn't be where I'm now, I owe her this much. - Our parents shared a worried look and Steve did the same with his son while Mark said. - I will go with them and take care of Aurora. - She frowned at him but there was a smile hiding at the corner of her mouth. Adam jumped off of the couch and said to me. - I'll join you as well, we are a team dude! - I walked to him and Fanny stood up as well. - He is right Damien, wherever you go we follow you. - I hugged them and put one of my hands on Adam's shoulder's. - No, you must stay here. You have more important things to do now. - Adam shook his head. - What would be more important than that?! - I smirked at him and said. - You are going to be my Beta, you should stay here and help to my parents also...- I stared into Fanny's eyes. - There is a little pup in her belly that needs to be taking care of. - Fanny gasped and said. - How did you....- She grimaced. - Frankie...- I chuckled and answered. - Don't be angry at her, we are married and also mates, she was so excited about you two that she couldn't keep it in secret. Congratulations guys! - I hugged them and Fanny whispered into my ear while I felt that their hug tightened. - Take care. - I let them out of my hug and smirked. - Don't worry about me, bad coin won't get lost. - I looked back at our parents who were still worried and Aurora walked to them. She hugged mom and dad while they were still sitting. - Please, let me go with him she is our family too and I want to help. - Mom looked into Aurora's eyes and caressed her face. -There is no way to get this idea out of your pretty head am I right my baby girl? - Mom asked and Aurora shook her head with a big smile on her face.Mom sighed and said.-  Fine but take care. - She then looked at me. - Both of you. - Her emerald green eyes were filled with proud and fear. I saw dad tightening his hold on her waist encouraging her and then he said. - We are very proud of both of you. When I was at Damien's age I've never even dreamed about to have such a wonderful family one day. I trust you, you are adults and not pups anymore. - I bowed a little my head as a sign of respect to my father. They got up form the chair and hugged me as well, while Steve did the same with Mark. I heard him say. - If you got hurt I'll beat you when you come home. - Mark laughed and hit gently his father's back. I heard Adam's voice which was a little pissed off. - There must be another thing we can do to help. - Fanny nodded next to him and I had a brilliant idea. - Actually there is something you could help us with. With Tom and Charity try to track down and capture Frankie's stepfather Carl. We have a few questions to him.- I heard Steve growl and saw how his hands clenched into fists. His voice sounded harsh and his hazel eyes turned black in fury. - I have a lot to talk bout with him too. - I turned to Alice and said. - How could we find your friend? - Alice smiled and crossed her arms in front of her chest. - She is the shaman of and Ancient Siren tribe which lives at the Bermuda triangle. Her name is  Lola and everything you need to know about sirens, mermaids, and basically all the marine creatures she has the knowledge of. - Our mother shouted at Alice and stared at her like she was an i***t. - Do you want to send my babies to the Bermuda triangle?! Are you insane? - Alice grimaced. - You are still thinking just like a human after so many years. If it would be deadly dangerous I wouldn't send them there obviously. - Mom put her hands on her waist and said. - As I know you , you would. - Alice pulled her middle finger to mom and she pulled her tongue at her. Aurora coughed to get their attention. - Okay and how can we get there? - Alice smiled and walked to the bookshelf, she took off a large book and blew the dust off of it. She walked to my father's desk and opened the book. We all get around her and watched how she showed us a map in the middle of the book. - It is a little old, but this is still the only way to get there. - Mom stared at the book and grimaced.  - There is danger written everywhere here Alice. - She shrugged and said. - I didn't say its not difficult of dangerous, but not deadly. - Our father looked into Alice's eyes and smirked. - You have a few really weird friends. - Alice chuckled and with faked tease she murmured to my father. - Ryder there are so many things you don't know about me. 350 years are a lot. - Mom chuckled and with the same voice she said. - Well we will have plenty of time to hear them when Damien and Frankie will take their Alpha and Luna duties. - To this phrase a little warm feeling ran trough my chest. " It would be wonderful to rule the Pack with Frankie." * I just can't wait for it* - My wolf barked and I paid back my attention to Alice and the map. After a few hours of explanation from her we stretched and I said. - Fine, I think we need to get some sleep and tomorrow we will make the preparations fro this trip. - Aurora's eyes shined and she waved goodbye then ran out of the room back to her bedroom. Mark sighed and with faked drama in his voice he said. - Yippi ya yeah! Bermuda triangle here comes the dynamic trio! - Adam frowned at him and after he left I pat my friends back. - Don't be jealous, we are the legendary trio and we always be! - Adam grinned at me and we hugged each other one more time before everyone left the office and went back to their rooms. When I closed the door of our room my heart filled with sadness, this was the first night without Frankie since we got married. I still smelled her scent in the room. I laid down on the bed and snuggled to her pillow like a teenager in love. I mind-linked her. - It is strange to be in our room without you.- There were no answers for a couple of minutes and my heart started to beat faster. My wolf got afraid and started to disturb me that something might happened to Frankie. I jumped out of the bed and was ready to open the door when I heard her sweet voice in my mind. - I miss our room and I miss you Damien. - I went back to the bed and asked. - What happened?  I was afraid because you answered so late.  - Sorry love, I'm tired. Things aren't going as easy as I thought. - Do you want me to go there? - No way. I can handle this, just take care. We will be together a little later than I hoped but we will be. - I smiled and felt how sad she was and how badly she missed me. - Okay, but you must take care too. Frankie I love you so much. - I love you too Damien. Good night! - I sat alone in our room which was filled with sweet and steamy memories. I lied down the bed pulled her pillow on my chest and whispered by mind-link. - Sleep tight my reckless princess.
