MIRA'S POV “I didn't find anything that could be of help.Did you?”I asked Julio. “No my love, I haven't found anything either”He replied flipping through a book. We were in the Library trying to find any information about a human giving birth to a were wolf baby without any complications but we found none.The elders also told him that the only way is to be turned but we didn't not want to consider that because it was too risky and dangerous.But now I was getting frustrated and I was considering it. I have always loved kids but for the months I spent at Phoenix with Yasmin and Kara's pups made me want my own.And the fact that they were both married with kids made me see how complete they were and I wanted that too with the man sitting right next to me, but we couldn't even mark and mate before we figured that out. If it meant risking my own life to get that, I would have no choice but to go for it because family was the most important thing to me. Julio's POV “If they dare touch mine, I will shred them to pieces because no one touches my pack”I heard Arthur say as I entered his office. “What's up guys.Who are we shredding this time?”I asked sitting in my spot in the Alpha's office. “The second Alpha from the nearby pack has been killed by some unknown creature and during the time that their pack is still in chaos, Simon Wilbert the Alpha of the Dark Rays pack is being instated by the elders as the Alpha to that pack too”Alex said passing me the document. “Why are they handing them over to Simon? I don't think it's all a coincidence”I stated “Well, that is because Simon is acting all goody goody with the Elders and they seem to like him but we also think that Simon has something to do with what's happening”Arthur said. “So, when you say creature, do you mean an alien or something like that?”I asked “They don't know what it is because they make sure that their boarders have tight security and it times when they are alone and takes them out”Alex answered. “So what is your plan Alpha?”I asked Arthur. “The plan is to tighten the security and be prepared as we wait for it to make a move as we try to find out how Simon could be connected to whatever is happening because I firmly believe that he has something to do with this”Arthur said “Did you guys see this?,it has been a year since the first pack was attacked by this creature so which means, it might take another year for this to happen again whoever is doing this thinks that he is so clever.Lets just wait and watch”I told them. “I think Simon did something to the elders because they do not seem to think straight.Thats is the second pack and yet again they are handing it to him, they should have given it to some other Alpha because I don't think Simon's pack is best pack around.Infact if we are giving positions, his pack would be in the fifteenth position or even far.We need to find out what he is hiding behind the mask”Arthur said. At some point of her performance, her eye landed on me and she flashed me that beautiful smile, she started walking from the stage and passed through the audience coming towards me as she sung but before she could reach where I was, a lush stood in her way, put his filthy arms around her and started peppering kisses on her neck.My mate was struggling to get rid of him but he was stronger than her though she managed to knee him in the junk.
