The Elf Mate

                                                          Aliena's POV                               I was sitting on a tree branch humming my favorite song that my mother used to sing to me, when all of a sudden the tree branch hugs me very tight. I looked down to see one of my best friends; Arthur."Arthur let me go!", I yelled. He let me go and I fell onto his arms while he smiled at me and I glared at him."Come on princess don't be mad at me, I was only playing", he said smirking. I sraed into his emerald green eyes and smile. Arthur puts me down and we go get ready for school.                                                               Jayden's POV               After coming back from my trip to Italy I lay down on my bed thinking about my birthday that's this Friday. I'm going to invite the whole school hoping my mate will be there. There was a knock on my door. I get up and head towards my door." Hey Jay you ready to go?", my best friend Nic says."Yeah", I say. We head out of the house and we head to school. When we get there I smell the most beautiful smell, raspberries and I can't quite pick up the other smell. I look around trying to find the girl that had this amazing smell. Then i see her standing there next to a motorcycle. I get surprised When I feel lips peck my cheek. I look to my right and I see Rya."What did you do that for Rya?", I ask kind of mad."Good morning to you to", she says annoyed. I looked back to see if my mate was still there but she wasn't.                                                             Aliena's POV               I was heading my locker  when I see a group of new kids walk towards me. I turn around to go to my first class when all of a sudden I feel a hand grab my wrist. I turn around and glare at one of the new boys. He quickly lets go."I'm sorry I didn't mean to startle you", he says. I stare at him confusingly and he does the same. I'm dragged out of the staring contest when Arthur snaps his fingers in my face. I turn to him and he nods his head at the new kid in front of me. I understood what he meant, the new kid is a werewolf. I turn to the new kid, "Excuse us", I say and walk away with Arthur. Arthur puts his arm around my neck and I hear a low growl com from behind me.I have first period with Arthur and Skylor. Sky is also a elf. Apparnetly all of the new kids too. The girls look like sluts and the guys look like man whores. The one who grabbed my wirst earlier just kept staring at me. Arthur, Skylor, and I knew that I was his mate but I don't feel nothing towards him. I sit in the middle of Arthur and Skylor. Skylor on my left and Arthur on my right. There was five empty seats behind me. All of the new kids sat behind me,just great. Apparently the one who grabbed my wrist is called Jayden. As Jayden moved towards me Skylor and Arthur both hugged me and Jayden gave out a low growl. All I did was roll my eyes and wished the day would over.                                                      Jayden's POV                I saw her again at her locker and I went up to her and grabbed her wrist, I felt sparks go all through my body but she just turned around and glared at me. I let go and say sorry and she just stares at me with her beautiful midnight blue eyes. We stared at each other for a good couple of minutes until some guy came up and snapped his fingers in front of her face which made me mad. She just stared at him as he nodded his which I was confused about because I know they weren't werewolves and they weren't mind linking. She turned to me and said excuse us and her and that guy walked away. As they were walking away he put his arm around her neck and I let out a low growl.'How dare he touch our mate', my wolf Kentin said.' Yeah I know but we will have her soon enough', I said and went and met up with my friends."You found her right", Nic said." Yeah but she walked away with another guy", I said. Just the thought of that made my blood boil. Wer walked into class and her scent hit me again. I just stared at her and she just looked at me annoyed. That hurt a little. We introduced ourselves an then we headed to our seats. I noticed she had a boy to her left and a boy from earlier to her right. As I started getting closer to her both of the boys hugged her protectively. I let out a low growl and she just rolled her eyes at me. What, did I do something wrong?
