One Night

                                                                                       •ALYSSA• Finishing up my last design of the day I close my book and get my things together. "Alyssa you ready to hit the streets tonight". Anastasia asked as she walking into my office. "How about no". I said causing her to smack her lips and pout. "You said you would though". She said as I stood up walking over towards her. "And when did I say that I would go out with you". I ask as we walk out of my office and I lock the door before walking over to the elevator. "How about Tuesday when we were out for drinks because it was your idea and you said since I came with you we could do what I wanted to do Saturday once you were done with work". She said as we stepped onto the elevator. Thinking about what she just said I remembered that I did indeed agree to do what she wanted. "Fine, why do you always have to remember s**t". I said with a sigh causing her to cheer and clap. "So I'll be by your house tonight to get ready". She said as we stepped out of the elevator and walked to the parking lot. "Okay I'll see you then". I said before getting in my car. Starting the car up I pull off and head towards my house that I shared with my boyfriend Damon. |Home| Pulling into the driveway I gather my things and get out of the car walking into the house. "Baby I'm home". I yell out tossing my keys on the table by the door and taking off my shoes. Not getting a reply back I walk up the stairs and towards our room down the hall when I hear what sounded like moaning. Pushing the door open a girl jumped off of Damon and he just laid there. "Really Damon what the f**k". I said pointing over towards the girl who was getting dressed. "Man shut the f**k up and go cook me something". He said waving me off. "I'm not cooking you anything make your own damn food". I said turning to walk away before I was snatched back by my hair. "I'm not gone tell you again Alyssa go make me some food". He said and I shook my head. "I said make your own s**t". I said and instantly regretted it with I felt his fist connect with my lip causing it to bleed. "Now go do what the f**k I said". He said pushing my head forward. Holding my lip I walk out of the room and down to the kitchen and started to cook. |2 hours later| "Your food is ready". I called out and I could hear his footsteps coming down the stairs. Walking past him I go upstairs to take a shower. Starting the water I find me some under clothes before walking into the bathroom and getting undressed. Stepping inside I begin to get undressed and step in. A few minutes into my shower the shower door swings open causing me to jump. "I'm about to get out of here fix your face". He said before walking away. Rolling my eyes I continue to shower. |Night| "Girl why wasn't the door locked I walked right in". Anastasia said scaring me half to death. "Girl you need to make your presence known".I said Putting on the top to my outfit. "What's wrong with your lip it looks swollen". She asked trying to get me to look at her. "Girl it's nothing are you ready to go". I ask before she finally turned me around and gasped. "Alyssa what the f**k". She exclaims with wide eyes examining my lip. "It's okay Anastasia". I said grabbing my purse. "It's not this isn't his first time Alyssa why don't you leave we've talked about this". She said as we walked out of the house and got in the car. "Anastasia you remember the last time I tried to leave him it didn't end so well". I said as she drove off. "I can call my brother to beat his ass". She said and I shook my head. "Your brother is already on his last strike I don't need him going to jail behind me". I said letting the sun visor down to use the mirror to put in lip gloss. "You know my brother loves you like a little sister we all grew up together he's on whatever time you on". She said as we laughed a little. "I know but he has a daughter that needs him so I'll deal with it". I said opening the door walking towards the house. "This s**t jumping already". She said as we walked into the house. "I need a drink". I said over the music. "I second that". She said grabbing my hand leading me to the kitchen. Fixing us a drink she grabs my hand again and leads me to a group of men. "Wassup Baby". One of the guys said pulling Anastasia into a hug. "Who's this". He asked nodding towards me. "This is my bestfriend Alyssa". She said and I did a small wave before going to take a seat next to this huge man. "Hi I'm Alyssa". I said holding my hand out. "And". He said before looking back out at the crowd. "We brought more drinks". Somebody said so I fixed me one and one turned into two which turned into 7. As I was dancing I felt somebody come up behind me. "You trynna get out of here". The person asked. "Y-yeah". I said as they grabbed ahold of my hand. Why not I came out to have fun...
