"You are not keeping the kids." Neron coldly said. "What?!" Bella cried, staring wide-eyed at him. His eyes cold and distant, Nero met her gaze and said, "You are going to abort the pregnancy," Staring at him with a look of anger in her eyes, Bella refused to believe he was serious about his decision, and it broke her as she fought back tears. But she couldn't control her emotions, and her eyes grew dim as tears trailed down her face, and she hugged her stomach. Then she took two steps back when she saw the dead serious look in Neron's eyes and steadied her breath, trying to calm the panic rising in her. "You said you love me, so why will you hate something that you and I give life to?" Bella softly asked. "Why would you want to kill our babies!" "It's because I rather lose them than f*****g lose you! Don't you get it! I don't want our babies if that means sacrificing you!" Neron lashed out in a broken tone. "Do you understand?" Frustrated, Bella lifted her head and gazed at Neron's eyes, frowning at him. Yet she felt frozen to the spot where she stood, and the steely aura from him held her in a tightening grip. "No, Nero. I don't get it!" Bella pleaded with her voice as soft as a whisper. "You were okay with us… with them for a while now. So why change your mind now after coming back home. "Can you let me be the bad guy and make this decision on my own?!" "No, Neron. You can't just throw getting rid of my… our babies in my face and expect me to be down with it because you say so!" The sense of grief Neron felt from Bella and her wet cheeks made his anger soften a bit, and a sigh echoed from his lips. "Please tell me. I... I am... Bella firmly asked with hurt in her gaze as she stared directly into Neron's eyes. Silent fell between them, and he hesitated for a moment, listening to her sniff softly. Gabriel saw the vision of you… of your future, and you are dead on the hospital bed after the twin gets delivered." "I…" The sudden shock from his words made Bella's muscles tense, and she wanted to escape from the truth, but her heart would not allow her to do so. A part of her wished that Neron didn't tell her the truth. But now that she has the answer, it paralyzed her emotion. Even though Bella wanted to, she could not cry or scream like she wanted to do. But she had already made her decision about one thing and she was steady about it. "It's my life and my choice, Neron. Who are you to make that decision for me, taking away my free will!" Bella mumbled, squeezing her fist even tighter. Those words scared her, and the look of rage in Neron's expression enrage her because she knew he wasn't going to allow her to keep them even if she begs like crazy. Yet, she wasn't planning on giving up either. Lacking the words to express the anger he felt and the several emotions bottoming up in him, Neron grabbed Bella's waist and pulled her into his arms, then hugged her tightly. "I can't lose you… I don't even know those kids. So why should I give up this feeling of loving you and waking up to you by my side for two strangers?!" Neron whispered, caressing his fingers gently in her hair. Weeping bitterly, Bella grabbed his jacket tightly in her grip, burying her face into his chest as her body weakened in his arm. "You are truly evil," Bella whispered in tears. "Please, try to understand," Neron said, his eyes moist and dim. "Because of your selfishness, you want to get rid of our babies. I made the mistake, and our kids will not be the ones to pay for it. Just as you don't want to lose me, I don't want to give my babies up either." "Bella, don't make me do this." A look of great bitterness swept across Neron's face when Bella forced herself out of his arm, and he clenched his fist angrily as he fought to keep calm after she mumbled, "No, Neron. My answer is no." "That's not up to you to decide. I am not letting you die because of your pathetic sentiment. We are not keeping the kids, and that's final." Neron lashed out, his face hardened into a frown. Those words tear Bella down and the pain she felt ripped through her heart as her bottom lip quivered. "I am not doing it… I don't want to do this, Neron!" Bella mumbled, feeling a sense of rage like nothing she had felt before. Keeping silent, Neron grabbed her hand and pulled her along with him as he led her towards the stairs. "Master, please!!" Nora cried, tearing up as she stood in the hallway, gazing at him and Blake. "Stay out of this, Nora!" Nero coldly mumbled. "Let go of me! You are hurting me!" Bella screamed as Neron's grip on her hand got tighter, pulling her along with him. Finally, he stopped at one of the guest room doors, opened it, and gently pushed her into it, then locked the door. "What are you doing, Neron? Let me out of here!" Bella screamed in tears. "Don't do this, please! I'm begging you!" The sound of her slapping the door grew louder, and she let out a pitiful cry, screaming his name. "Damon! What do you think Damon is going to do when he finds out what you want to do to our kids!" Bella yelled. "If I don't care about what you want, what makes you think that I would give a s**t about what Damon does," Nero said out loud, fighting back his tears as he buried his face into his palm. "Because they are his too! You can't cancel both of our decisions!" "I can, and I just did." "Neron, please! Listen to me, please!!!" Sniffing, he took a long look at the door and then mumbled, "I'm calling doctor Josh!" "No, Neron!... No! Wait!... Please, don't!" Bella screamed, hitting the door violently. Realizing that he wasn't going to change his mind, the color quickly drained from Bella's face, and she whimpered as her legs collapsed beneath her. Then she slid down the door, bringing her knees up to her chest as she sobbed. "I hate you! I hate you so f*****g much!" Bella screamed, hugging onto her stomach.
