Starry Night with the Greek God

Zeus the god of all gods and goddesses must be witnessing this day as I be wed to Prince Pancras the next king of Spartans. He's the first born child of King Stavros and Queen Adara. I kept staring at my mom who was sniffing watching me. People think that my father is Hades cause my hair is red. My mother always tells me that I'm dangerous for the people of Greece cause my birth wasn't like a normal child birth. People say that when my mom was in labor the bed was on fire that explained Hades was with her. In a minute the room was filled with water that described Poseidon and the sky was crying, the storm was strong and the lightning destroyed one of the temple of Hera. That's why I'm said to be a demigod like Hercules. That's the reason I was named Nella with means light to all but I wish that was true my existence was heard in Greek that I was a witch. In the age of two royal guards tried to hurt me and my mother but they was set on fire. Mama was scared about people finding out about the truth about me so we moved to Troy. In the age of twelve i was given to Athena to serve her until I was in the right age of marriage. It was one afternoon I was in the temple doing my daily prayers when the King of Troy and his wife entered the temple. Me and the other priests greeted the rulers of Troy. I look at their son who was the next ruler of Troy his name was Basil and their daughter Calla who is my best friend. But someone caught my attention his clothes was foreign for my eyes . Queen Galena told me that I was going to be wed. I was totally shocked, I knew this day will come but I never expected it to be soon. She told me that Prince Pancras asked for my hands in marriage and they agreed. I looked myself in the mirror, my red hair was curled perfectly until my hips and my peplos (ancient greek clothe) was done nicely . It was a veil of yellow and red to represent fire and frighten away evil spirits and I had my diamonds around my neck ,hands and even my crown was made of diamonds which were considered teardrops of the gods reflecting the flame of love. But I wish the veil could frighten me away. As I stepped out of my room there was three young men in front of me. They all smiled and led me the way . I was guessing they were his brothers. As I reached the gate I saw a cart or some wheeled vehicle waiting for me. One of his brother's gave me his hands for me to step inside the wheeling vehicle . Once the vehicle started to move the three brother lighted torches as I made my way to the palace. I look back and saw some people carrying gifts from my soon to be husband. Because it was night I couldn't see the outside clearly so I just leaned back and enjoyed the music. I arrived at the gate of the palace, one of his brother's helped me out of the vehicle and lead me to the temple in the palace. Two guards opened the door and saw all royal families of Greece and ofcourse my husband who was wearing a bright colour chiton with a golden belt around his waist. The fabric he wore was expertly draped around his body and all of his muscles were on display. After the ritual my husband lead me to the party where everyone was waiting for us . When we arrived to the party people started to congratulate us. Then a servant brought an apple and gave it to Pancras. He brought the apple in front of my lips ,his eyes were telling me to take a bit so I did. Pancras threw the apple on the ground and started to come to me. His lips was on mine in a second, he slowly grabbed my waist as he kissed me. I broke the kiss and stared at the man who was in front of me. People celebrated until midnight where my husband and I made our way to the room. I stepped inside first where he came last and closed the door behind him. "So my dear wife are you tired?" He asked with his hoarse voice. I shocked my head as no. He nodded his head and started to come close to me. "Turn around " he whispered. I do as he said and turned. I could feel hand on my skin, causing me goosebumps. He started to untie my strap slowly. "Tell me why did you serve Athena all this years?" He asked as he kept untieing my dress. "Cause I was choosen by her" I lied . He chuckled and let go of my dress leaving me in my strophion's (an ancient greek cloth of woman) he turned me making me stare at him. "I want a son" he said before he took my innocence.
