- On the Day I swore to Protect you - "I'm home." I yelled out as I dropped my school bag.I went to the kitchen and start microwaving some ramen,  I wasn't expecting an answer anyways. My parents had divorced about five years ago and things turned out for the better. I live with my father now, a man who never gets a break off his job, so he is never home and when he is, he tries to sleep.  I grabbed the cup and go back to my room to play video games. They took my mind off life, off the hard math equations, or the horrible chemistry experiments, something I sucked at. I was terrible at school, but what can I say, I don't wanna become and alchemist or an architect or whatever other thing they want me to be. I wanna travel around the world, explore new places, new opportunities of life. I don't wanna stay on this place, I want to be free.  "Mhm...how about....Pokemon GO." I gently took my phone out of the nightstand and open the app. I sat down on the lilac rug I had on my room. It wasn't big but it wasn't small. It had a bed that was decorated in throw-pillows and a fuzzy white blanket. A desk with a bunch of school crap, a white nightstand and a dresser, along with a T.V and a few sitting spots. It wasn't really much but it sure was of my comfort.  While I was playing the game my vision started blackening. Black dots started forming around my vision as I dropped my phone on accident, the ramen cup spilling. My lungs felt as if someone was chocking the life out of them and my heart felt heavily. I wasn't breathing properly and I didn't realize, but my head had dropped to the floor with force as my eyes closed, bringing darkness to my sight. ~+~  My eyes fluttered open as white light blinded me. My vision focused as I looked at my surroundings. I was on........blue? No...I was falling!! Why? One second ago I was in my room playing Pokemon Go and the next I'm falling from the sky. In a quick reaction I curl myself in a ball to brace the impact.  So this is how I'll die right? I didn't even go to Legoland. I shut my eyes tightly as I feel the ground......wait no. I open one eye slightly and realize I'm......levitating? "Hey are you okay?" A voice asked. I turn my body and face a guy with jet black hair and glowing turquoise eyes. "WAAHAH Why am I levitating?!" I asked hysterical, as I waved my arms around in an exaggerated manner.  "Relax it's my superpower." The boy rolled his eyes. ".....Super.....power?" I asked my eyes widening. What is this place? This is no longer Texas. No no no no I don't even think this is Earth.  "Yes my superpower." The jet black haired guy said as he pointed two fingers down dropping me to the floor with a thud. "HEY-" "-What about yours?" My what? Superpower pfff as if. I don't have superpowers I'm an ordinary human.  "I don't have superpowers." I said as I moved my white hair out of my face. His eyes widened for a moment.  "What do you mean?" He asked me as he extended his hand to help me up. I took it hesitantly as I thought of an answer. Come on brain cell think!! "I'm not from this world." ".........Jajajaja that's the lamest excuse I've ever heard." He cracked as he rolled around the floor laughing. Did I say something funny? I guess my face showed it all since he stopped and stared at me. "You are not serious are you?" "I don't know what this place is......were I came from we didn't have superpowers." I mumbled rubbing my arm. It's a habit of mine, I rub my arm when I'm nervous or doubtful. "What is this place called?"  "Earth idiot." He deadpanned. I stood there with an amused face. Is this like a parallel universe or something? "Come on I'll show you around." I looked at him confused as he started walking. I guess this is my new home then. I'll have to get used to this madness of powers and stuff then.  "Well are you coming?" His eyes...those turquoise pools of water. There was something in them that drew me into this world. Something captivating. A smile grew onto my lips as I ran to catch up with him.  Yep. I'll get used to this place in no time. - On the Day I swore to Protect you -
