High diver, Jill Harrison, is one championship win away from her dream of securing a place in the Olympics. Trouble is, she can't sleep.

When her fiancé Andy recommends an off-the-radar sleep therapist as the perfect fix, Jill is sceptical. The methods listed on the website seem a little too hippy dippy for her liking but - having little choice and less time - she eventually relents and makes an appointment.

Jill drives to meet Dr Delores O' Hagan, founder of Sleep Solutions, and is unimpressed by the sight that greets her. Turns out Sleep Solutions is a prefabricated shed with faux Eastern décor smack dab in the middle of nowhere.

However, after suppressing many eye-rolls and "emptying her mind of all negative thoughts", Jill is pleasantly surprised to find herself drifting away. She wakes hours later feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and covered in the therapist's blood...
