Growing up alpha

"Welcome to the blue moon pack my name is Todd Black and this is my story of how I met my mate, Samantha White." Todd's Point of view (5 yrs old) "Mommy its time to wake up," I say jumping up and down on my parent's bed " Todd what did I tell you about waking your mother up" my father Alpha Bruce Black Says "You told me to leave her be," I say "but papa I'm hungry and the omegas are not in the kitchen" "come on son we will go down and get you some breakfast" we go downstairs to the kitchen and make pancakes eggs and sausage for breakfast. "son someday you will be all grown up and will find your mate and have pups of your own" my dad tells me after I eat breakfast I go outside to find one of my best friends Thomas who is my father's betas son Thomas and I play for a few hours before lunchtime. then my mother calls us in for lunch during lunch we have grilled cheese sandwiches that my mother makes for us which is the best sandwiches ever I must add. my mother is the best cook that there is. "so Todd what do you and Thomas have planned for this afternoon," my mother asks me "well we were going to go fishing but I think we can go and watch the warriors practice," I tell her Samantha's POV (6 yrs old) "mommy where is daddy I want to go for a wolfy ride," I say (Selena is my mother and she is also the moon goddess) "sweety your daddy is very busy doing Alpha work why don't you go and play with your friends Anna and Alexis" Anna and Alexis are my best friends they are twins that are the same age that I am and also the daughters of my dads beta Alex I go outside to find my friends to go and play we play for at least four hours then we head inside to the kitchen to see what we are having for lunch which of course my mother is in the kitchen making some really awesome food I don't know what it is called but every time that she makes this I love the taste. meeting our wolves Todds POV (10 yrs old) today is the day that I can finally change into my wolf for the very first time. my dad is here to coach me and make sure that I will be fine. "okay Todd think of your wolf it will make the change goes smoothly," my father tells me I think of my wolf who is pure black like most alphas. I hear bones breaking and I'm in a lot of pain but as soon as I open my eyes I see big black paws which are actually mine 'dad' i mind link him since I'm in my wolf form 'yes son' my dad says 'how do I turn back to a human?' I ask ' Just think of the form you want to be and you will change' he tells me I think of my human form and I am instantly back to my human form "dad that was awesome next time we can go on a run! I know that you are very busy" I Say " Son tomorrow you leave for Alpha training you will be gone for the next five years," he tells me Samantha's POV (age 11) "Dad" I call out "yes princess," my dad says "are you going to help me connect with my wolf and help me change today?" I ask "yes I will whenever you're ready just let me know," he says "I am ready now dad" " OK just think of your wolf and you will become her" I think of my wolf which is a pure silver wolf and I change into her ' dad' i mind link with him 'yes' he says 'let's go for a run' 'OK' he replies we run around our border for a while and then we return to the alpha quarters 'how do I change back?' i ask 'think of your human form' he says I change back into my human form "that was fun dad' invite to the treaty ball Samantha's POV (16 yrs old) today I turn 16 years old and my father is so obsessed with me becoming the next alpha of our pack that all he wants me to do is train. it gets annoying but hey at least it keeps me busy outside of school. but I don't even get to hang out with my friends anymore. "dad, why do I have to train to be Alpha? you know that I will find my mate one day and that he may not be an Alpha then what?" "Samantha you know why I'm training you to be Alpha and that is because no matter who your mate is you will be given the title of Alpha on your 18th birthday," Alpha Samuel White says "dad why can't Michael become Alpha he is my brother and you know he wants to be the Alpha" Michael is my younger brother he is only five years old and he really wants to be alpha but with me being sixteen I am first in line for the title and I just wish that he could be the alpha. "Samantha you know damn well that Michael is too young he is only 5 years old" Todd's POV (15 yrs old) coming home from training I am so hyped up to take over the alpha position but I still have three years to go before that can happen. my dad is so overwhelmed with pack stuff that now that I am done with the training I can help him pick up the slack. walks into the packhouse "well family I'm back from alpha training" "Hey son," my mother Celeste says " I'm glad your back you can help your father out with alpha duties now" "I know that mother don't get me confused with my siblings you know I won't fool around" I kiss my mother on the forehead before I head to my father's office and knock on the door "come in," Alpha Bruce says I open the door to my dad's office and walk inside my father stands up and holds out his hand and I shake it "hey father how have things been around here" "I have had my hands full trying to get this treaty with the white moon pack. have you come to help me out?" alpha black asks "by the way, I have come to help you out. Why don't we invite the pack over for our new moon ball we are having this weekend?" I ask we have a ball every new moon and invite different packs each time. we have been enemies with the white moon pack ever since our pack became a pack and that was when my great-great-grandfather created the pack. the only way to get them to help us out is to end up having a treaty with them. "that sounds like a good plan, please let Luna Celeste know son" I walk out of my father's office to go find my mother. "Luna," I say bowing my head even tho I am her son I do this out of respect "Todd how many times do I tell you not to call me Luna I am your mother!" my mom says "Sorry mom" "I know son now what is it you need" "dad told me to inform you that we are inviting the white moon pack to the ball" like I said we have a treaty signing ball every time we sign a treaty with a new alliance pack and it is always a blast to have Alpha Blacks POV I am sitting in my office waiting for Alpha Samuel to pick up his phone "Alpha Samuel this is Alpha Bruce. I know that your pack and mine have never gotten along we have always been enemies since my great grandfather has created the pack but my son Todd and I have decided to invite your pack over for our new moon ball into days would you accept the invite?" "sure Alpha Bruce I will inform my pack now and we will head over and get settled in your packhouse would that be okay?" "yes, alpha Samuel that would be just fine but your family will be staying in the Alpha house with us" since the alpha households all of the alpha families when different packs come over I decided that this would be the best choice. "Todd they have decided to come for the ball will you let your mother know so that we can get the guest rooms ready for the Alpha family," I ask my son "yes dad I will and I would also like to help get those rooms ready for them if you don't need my help," Todd says
