What would the Devil desire? Would it be too simple to say all he wanted was love? But could an Angel ever fall for someone such as he? Could a pure creature of all that is holy take the fall to be with someone so disgraceful? Would it be a sin for her to love someone as evil as he? Sure, the s*x is remarkable and thrilling. But maybe it's more than that. Could he allow her to condemn her soul to the same depths that claim his? Is he that evil? Is he that selfish?

But then he remembers, he doesn't give a damn. After all, he's Lucifer.

Fallen Angel
P.O.V. ~ Lucifer     He grinned and bit his lip as he watched the little human swing her hips to the rhythm of the music. He could hardly remember her name as she crawled across the stages smooth floor with hooded blue eyes on him. Her pale skin looked yellow beneath the low lighting and her short blond hair created a faint halo above her as she pulled herself up with the pole.     This was one of the many sins he'd learned to love about humans. As annoying as they were, they knew how to have fun. Places like this sought their desires and fed them eagerly without regret. He supposed that's why he liked to visit earth for brief moments. It always brought a grin to his face to see his fathers creation rebel against him as well.     He dragged his eyes down her glowing body as perspiration ran down her throat and onto her breasts. A thin piece of fabric barely covered her perky tiny mounds and her little thong left nothing to the imagination. Reluctantly he tore his eyes from such a goddess and grinned at the amount of middle-aged men that had their arms jutted out with ones in their fists. He could only guess how many of these men had wives and children at home. So many sins were being committed at once in this room. He knew far off in the backroom's some of these little women were pleasuring some husbands for a reasonable cost.     Fingers caressed his jaw and pulled his attention back to the little human begging for his attention. Her hooded eyes were eagerly devouring him as she leaned back onto the stage. He knew how he looked to her. Being the king of Hell allowed him the ability to manipulate his appearance to his prey. His black suit gave the illusion of wealth as he lounged into the red leather couch. Little thin wisps of black hair hung around his prominent cheekbones while the rest was gathered into a lose plait at the nape of his neck. He rubbed the faint stubble on his jaw as she slid down her pole gracefully while biting her lip.     Even as beautiful as she was, he wasn't going to be sleeping with her. Not this time, at least. A faint grin tugged on the corners of his crooked mouth as he remembered the first time he'd learned of pleasure and desire. It took him many nights and women for him to feed the unquenchable thirst he suddenly had for s*x. He began to understand why humans would sin so easily just for a short one nightstand or swapping of partners.     He pulled his wallet out of the pocket within his jacket as she neared the edge of the stage again. He grinned crookedly as she held out her hand expectantly toward him. As soon as her fingers wrapped around the twenties in his hand, she tugged herself off stage and slid onto his lap gracefully.     "Not this time, darling." He murmured into her ear as she left a trail of hot kisses down his throat. "Maybe next time."     He had a slight accent that was washed out from millennial's of universal change. A foreign accent to America, it was Latin diluted over years of his constant visits to the country. She pulled back with a pout on her small mouth.     "You said that last time, Lucifer." She purred as she trailed her fingers down the collar of his shirt. "Am I not good enough for you?"     She was a wonderful time, but lately he couldn't bring himself to do more than watch. He shook his head as he rested his hands on her waist.     "Darling, you are exquisite in the sack." He gently pushed her off and back onto her feet. "Do not doubt your craft. However, I have other arrangements tonight."     It wasn't a complete lie. He knew by the hurt in her eyes as she shimmied away that she believed another woman would end up in his bed tonight. He wasn't about to correct her that he actually just wanted to be alone tonight as he patrolled the outskirts of Hell.     He lit a cigarette as he stepped out into the chilly night. The stars were barely visible from beneath the bright flashing neon lights above the nightclub as he pulled a drawl. The air was thin and the chill burned his lungs as he inhaled deeply and exhaled a thick puff of smoke. Nights like this reminded him of Hell. Hell was always depicted as boiling hot and full of undying flames that peal the flesh off of bone.     Hell is cold, damp, and lonely.     Its grounds are hollow, the air brisk, and the distant cries of the damned always sent chills down his spine. No matter how many millennia's he's spent in Hell he never could get used to the screams. The halls of the tortured, even with their doors chained shut, their cries burned a hole into the pit of his stomach. Each torture room was built upon the guilt or fears of the damned sent down to him. Each room custom to each soul.     He could see his reflection in the large storefront window across the street as he exhaled once again. Even here he could still hear the cries for mercy begging for the suffering to end. Some, he admitted, deserved what they got. Murderers and pedophiles deserved everything their personal Hell's brought them. He tossed the cigarette to the ground and dug the tip of his glossy shoe into it as massive great leather wings expanded from behind him. His eyes scanned his own reflection thoughtfully as he breathed in the ridged air.     It felt so long ago when those scales were covered in white glowing feathers. He remembered how it felt to lose all the holy warmth of his fathers grace. He remembered when his feathers shriveled up and became black leathery scales that stretched across his new wings. His rebellion against his father had earned him an eternal station in Hell. Ever since then, he'd been called the King of the Underworld. Many folklore has been told of his existence. The most famous depicted him as Hades or as the Devil. He supposed there is some truth to the many myths that surround these tales. It is true, he does serve as the guard of the eternal flame that devours the souls of the damned. He tortures those who his father feel unworthy to see Heaven. His name was once Samael before his fall, but he has abandoned that name as his father had abandoned him long ago. Many mortals have called him the Devil, Hades, Beelzebub, Mephistopheles, or even Satan. He prefers Lucifer, it's a much more suitable name.     Slowly he watched his appearance change into his true form. Black scales began to spread across his skin and overlap the human features he'd adopted tonight. Small little nubs protruded from his temples and grew into two curved horns as a thin slithery tail whipped at his calves. His black scales reflected the streetlamps and made them appear to be red like flames. His dark eyes melted into two small embers that burned out of his sharp snake-like features.     This was the devil.     His leathery wings circled him as he sank to the ground in a crouch. In a surge of cold air he soared upward into the dark abyss above and out into the night sky. The neon lights were swallowed whole as little balls of light began to twinkle in the horizon. With a little twirl he could spin out of this world and into his own damnation. Instead he hovered in the air, gliding gently over the city to savor the feeling of freedom and the serene scenery. He dreaded his return, but he knew there would be consequences if he went too long without returning to Hell.     With a grimace he curved his body to ready himself for the twirl when a white blinding light stupefied him momentarily. It came out of nowhere from above, a light so bright it lit the sky and a great warmth wiped away the chilly night air. It happened so quickly, he had no time to react as he stared up in awe.     One moment the beautiful light was dancing above him in a fiery ball, then the next it was hurdling towards him. A heavy mass hit him so quickly he could hardly reclaim his balance as a tangle of limbs and wings knocked him out of the sky. They plummeted back to earth as he clutched onto its arm in an attempted to free himself from its clutches. His wings flapped feebly to get free of the soft feathers that now beat against him with unnatural strength.     If he didn't get free they both would hit the cement below. He might be immortal, but he could hardly tell by the light blinding him whether this creature was or not.     Heart in his throat he tore harshly away from the body, clutching only the arm of the creature as his wings tore free and finally caught wind. With a tug they both were now hovering gently in the breeze as he panted tiredly.     "Can you tune down the f*****g light a bit?"     Suddenly the light vanished, leaving splotches of color in his vision as he now attempted to blink through the darkness to see once again. The first thing he noticed was the long blond curls dancing in the breeze beneath him and the massive white wings that hung limp behind a body. A small face looked up at him with wide pale green eyes as she gaped up at him breathless herself. Even with the light subsided, her skin glowed and her wings stood out against the canvas of black behind her. He was stunned into silence as he looked over the angelic creature he still held by only one thin arm.     Until he noticed she was naked.     Hastily he looked away from her body and met her shocked gaze again. He'd almost forgotten how naive Angels were in Heaven. Most were naked and had no shame. Just like Adam and Eve before they ate the apple, they were pure and full of innocents. Her nudity wasn't what shocked him, but it meant she was new or at least never left Heaven before. Angels who had left Heaven knew to wear robes or some sort of covering whenever visiting earth.     "D-Daemonium." Her voice squeaked as she wiggled suspended below. Her accent was so thick, he'd barely understood her at first. It had been so long since he heard his native tongue.     A grin twitched onto his lips in amusement. Demon? He'd never been mistaken for a Demon before. Then again, he hasn't seen an Angel this close in years. He had forgotten how angelic and dainty they appeared to be. Slowly he pulled up on her arm until she was face to face with him. Her mouth frozen open in horror and her eyes bulging as he tilted his head to observe her.     "More like their boss, darling." He chuckled.     "Samael?" She gasped in surprised fear.     "Lucifer." He corrected instantly with a little hiss. "Lucifer is what I prefer, Darling."
