Another pitiful howl rang out "Are you shitting me?" I felt my rage start to build up again. I heard the howl again, this time more clearly. I recognized the howl this time as one of my pack's heavily pregnant mates. Her time must have come. I smiled to myself. First good news all day. I noticed some of my pack kept sending me uneasy glances. They fully expected me to loose it and attack someone. I knew what they thought of me. I did not need a mind link to sense their feelings. My pack and everyone else believed that I hated mates, family and love. That wasn't exactly the truth. I have seen mates strengthened by a wolf like Eileen and Luke, the young couple that were clearly about to become parents. When Luke had met Eileen, he had become more comfortable in his wolf, stronger and confident in his training. I respected that. Nobody in my pack doubted her abilities, even while pregnant. Although others had doubted the strength of her wolf, they soon lived to regret it. He claims that he became distracted while out on a walk and ended up being on your side of the kingdom. He said that it was merely an accident." I raised an eyebrow ."An accident?" I repeated, Enza nodded her head and continued, "that is what he claims Alpha, but I left him alive..if you would like to talk to him more." To say I was surprised was an understatement. I was shocked, it was rare that Enza left anyone alive during one of her interrogations. When Enza began to walk out, I could not help but to notice how perfect her ass was once more. He never participated in his wife's interrogations. I glanced at Enza, and she seemed as lost as I was. "Alpha, I think you are about to be a very happy man," Andre said with a big smile on his face. I raised an eyebrow, "Really?" I answered, trying not to get caught up in his excitement. "Go ahead, take a look." Andre said with a big smile. I opened the door to the packhouse and a shock ran through me. I looked back at my cousin with a smile, "Son of a b***h!!"
