Maybe I&#8217;d she tried losing weight she&#8217;d get her confidence back? Irrelevant. Olivia probably has what she needs, she&#8217;ll just have to know it&#8217;s precise location.<\/p>\n<p>How long can a person endure being single without losing their minds? TME &#8211; Too much exaggeration. Before Jamaica Lane gives us a glimpse into the life of a young woman caught up in unrealistic standards, but surrounded by love in many forms. This doesn&#8217;t show immediately because of her outgoing demeanor. After nine months of being in Edinburgh and starting a wonderful life with friends and family, Olivia&#8217;s life sees an upward bound.<\/p>\n<p>She suddenly decides it&#8217;s time for a change of pace, that she must push herself to deal with her issues and fears and go after what she wants. She puts this to practice with the crush she develops for a postgrad student.<\/p>\n<p>Have you seen handsome, the word, in person? Have you met sexy? Or did you have dinner with the drop-dead gorgeous? What more can we say about Nate Sawyer? He&#8217;s HOT! However, this one is a heartbreaker. A player through and true, Nate doesn&#8217;t have the word commitment in his vocabulary. However, his friendship is not the same and should not be taken lightly.<\/p>\n<p>Nate is always there for his friends. And true to this fact, when he&#8217;s suddenly faced with Olivia&#8217;s problem after she comes to him, he doesn&#8217;t hesitate to come to her aid. Olivia has relationship problems and he offers to teach her how to flirt and gain more sexual boldness.<\/p>\n<p>However, something in the air is changed. The lesson plan and the subject involved is now Nate as things get hot and singeing between him and Olivia. Unfortunately, Nate&#8217;s problems with commitment might just find a way to ruin things. What will he do to handle this? She tries her best to look past her &#8216;shortcomings&#8217;, but it&#8217;s not enough. She sees love everywhere and can&#8217;t help a bit but think that love might not come for her.<\/p>\n<p>And she knows it&#8217;s because she won&#8217;t actively grab it herself. Her anxiety in front of the opposite sex is a crippling factor and she decides not to let it be the thing that ends her love life.<\/p>\n<h3>Nate Sawyer<\/h3>\n<p>A gorgeous young man with commitment issues. Nate doesn&#8217;t do commit and everyone knows it. However, when things graduate to an intimate level with Olivia, his commitment issues become a problem. For Olivia, it is finding young people getting intimate between bookshelves or in the private rooms meant for the handicapped, in the library.<\/p>\n<p>However, something makes up for the bad day. That is a gorgeous young postgrad who you develop a crush on. Benjamin Livingston does this for Olivia. She catches sight of him and runs to help him out with his book. Unfortunately, for Olivia, it is much harder to interact with this person because of her anxiety around the opposite sex.<\/p>\n<p>Olivia muddles through the brief exchange and afterward admits her problem is severe.<\/p>\n<figure><img src=\"https:\/\/www.dreame.com\/resources\/media\/2023\/02\/before-jamaica-lane-chapter-two.jpg\" alt=\"Before Jamaica Lane Chapter Two\" \/><\/figure>\n<h3>Chapter Three<\/h3>\n<p>Nate comes over to Olivia&#8217;s for a movie review and commentary session. He brings dinner and a rocky road, just the way Olivia likes. When she begins to eat, her expression of the food&#8217;s deliciousness prompts Nate to lead it into the naughty territory.<\/p>\n<p>Nate has an easy relationship with Olivia. They are best friends and always have fun together. When he finishes up, he begins to leave. However, he is stopped by Olivia, and she tells him not to cut his hair, indicating it was better that way. On the other hand, Nate points out her red, lace underwear that was out for his eyes to see. Apparently, it was better that way, too.<\/p>\n<h3>Chapter Five<\/h3>\n<p>It&#8217;s Joss and Braden&#8217;s wedding, and everything is going perfectly. Except, Olivia is suddenly faced with her sad love life again. She gets incredibly drunk and Nate has to help her back home.<\/p>\n<p>While they are in her room, Olivia gets really honest.
