"Mama, saan po kayo pupunta?"
I turned around when I heard Abby’s voice, just as I finished getting dressed in clothes that felt appropriate for the important meeting ahead. Today, I’ll be going to Titan’s Financing Company—the business my grandfather left to me in his will. It’s a big day because I will finally meet the board of directors who help run the company. I can’t deny that I’m feeling nervous, unsure of how things will go, but I know I have to face this responsibility head-on.
"Bakit ganyan ang suot mo?" Dagdag pa sa katanungan ni Abby.
"Oo nga mama. Ang ganda nyo po sa suot nyo mama. Para po kayong mayaman." Si Liam.
"Mayaman na po tayo, ang laki nitong bahay natin." Masayang bulalas ni Abby.
