Tense would be an understatement to describe the atmosphere inside the room, no one can voice out their first thought on the matter whatsoever, because the most important person hasn't even arrived yet. And no, they didn't wait for the King, because the King himself was already seated on his chair with eyes glaring down at each of the council's members.
Until he comes inside.
The man who has lived throughout the entire kingdom, lived and witnessed, assessed everything in silence. No one can decipher his emotion as his scrutinizing sharp ivory eyes glance around the circular table situated in the middle of the room. Nine council members and The King are already present.
They all stand up from their seat, reverence and submission plastered on their face. Truly, they had all waiting for him.
His lips arched upwards, as his gaze flickered towards each of the council members, who don't even dare to simply look in his way. When he catches the sight of the King, he just nods to him before he takes a seat.
Opposite the king, surrounded by the other member.
He is the only one, inside the castle who is capable of disregarding the King without getting into trouble.
Wylard Tioddre.
The one who truly owns the castle
"Shall we start?"
He said with a wide smile.

Elleryn's family barges into her room within a second, startling her crumbled up mind. Kyzen had probably heard from the spirit about Elleryn regaining her consciousness and informing the rest of the family, Avra is the first who rushes to her side, sits on a chair by her right and holds her right hand within a second before tears trickles down her cheek, she couldn’t suppressed it anymore.
"I thought I would lose my child," she cried out, Leor standing behind her, squeezing her shoulder in comfort, trying hard to assure her that everything will be alright, while also squeezing in his own tears.
"It was Qeera," Elleryn uttered in silence before she let out a sigh and looked into her mother's eyes.
"Shouldn't you control yourself more? You let Qeera brainwash you? You know what would happen to Ezana, to us, if you happen to kill the King?" Ladon scolds, Elleryn squirm and lower her head in shame.
Rydan grits his teeth, his eyes glaring at Ladon. "Shouldn't you let her be for a while before you scold her? She manages to get back in the end, no one dies right?" Rydan said, still glaring at him. Elleryn put her left hand above Rydan’s grip, squeezing it, intending on calming him down. That gesture didn't go unnoticed by her family, who all raised an eyebrow at that.
"My mind was clouded and my objective is the same as her, that is why she could control my mind. I will make sure this never happens again," Elleryn stated, this time looking straight at Ladon.
Ladon could only sigh at her.
"Has she woke up yet?" Elleryn asked, her voice trembling with concern, while her gaze bore deeply within her mother’s eyes, who just smiled at her. "Her body is healing, but she hasn't woken up yet, it will take around several days before her mind would heal completely and-" Avra words is halt by Elleryn tears that poured down her cheek, she wipes it with the back of her left hand that she retracted from Rydan.
"She will be... different" it was a statement, the apparent truth that everyone has held down, it will be unthinkable to continue to survive after a creature’s dragon died in front of the chosen one, dragon has a long lifespan and very rarely died before their chosen creature, that was the reason why she said such statement. Elleryn takes a deep breath, "should I erase her memory of Genieve? She's only a child, for sure it wouldn't take much of my energy", Elleryn asked, Avra gasped at Elleryn's word while the rest of them looked at her with disbelief. Meanwhile, Rydan is the only one who finds this situation questionable.
"And what? Make you sleep and heal yourself for a month? Risk yourself to wake up with injuries around. That's what entails when you erase someone's memories, especially a fairy, young or old!" This time Fabin is the one who steps up and scolds his big sister.
Upon the revelation, Rydan grits his teeth but his eyes direct to Elleryn, disbelief in his face.
Elleryn shudders, she lowers her head in shame.
Something she never did before.
Leor sighs, "we should wait for her to wake up first, before deciding on what to do," he stated.
Meanwhile, Kyzen who has been silenced the entire time, suddenly murmured by himself before raising his head and staring straight at his sister’s eyes, "you should use a dragon spell," Kyzen uttered after a while, earlier his eyes fixated to Elleryn's drawer by her right side, his eyes seem calculating at that for longer than necessary.
"There's a red blood dragon spirit sitting above your drawer, looking at me warily, spitting fire from time to time now," Kyzen continued, narrowing his eyes at his sister. "You want to open it, right?" tilting his head to the side, smirking down at his sister.
That's the difference between having the ability to see a spirit and having it as a Qye. Kyzen is able to see the spirit that decides to conceal itself, he can see every type of spirit, while Elleryn only able to see those who have trusted her and show themselves to her.
One particular pair of dark eyes staring back at her in question begin to make her uncomfortable, she coughs lightly.

Wylard yawn, he certainly did not want to be here at the moment, hearing the council members bantering on Lady of Qye punishment, six of them want her to be dead within this week, while three think it's wiser to give her a lighter punishment. Merely because she could hold down her desire and didn't kill the King at all.
Cryse snorted, "She? Don't you mean the Crown Prince?" he seethes, shaking his head in disbelief.
Jolios sighs, "But she was the one who initially shields the Crown Prince from that spell until that dragon saves her. Didn't she deserve another chance?" his green eyes catching all the attention of the councils.
Rede chuckle, before she puffs out the cigarette that she inhales, glaring at Jolios’ eyes with her blaring red eyes, "didn't you hear what she said? That she will kill everyone after he gets to the King! Certainly, that statement has successfully wiped out all the chances she deserves."
Trios sighs, crossing his arm in front of his chest, "She is under the control of her dragon, being chosen by a Sea Dragon, I know exactly what it entails. It's not that easy" he said, casting his glowing blue eyes across the rest of the councils.
Some shrug while others nod.
"They have to have the same mind before that Dragon is able to control her, that is basically the rule in being chosen by the dragon. She did have the same idea to kill the King then, which is why we think it's necessary to end her life. It will be dangerous letting her alive inside the castle," Dilluna said, sipping her tea before she sighs delightedly.
Frella bit her lower lips, before peeking through her lashes, "I-I think, it is too harsh for punishment. Princess Ezana did lose her dragon, if she happens to lose her sister while she is unconscious. I-I think it will only be hard for her when she wakes up, there's a possibility that she will end her life instead, and we have to wait until Crown Prince Ladon have his first daughter before we can keep her inside the castle”, she wipes her sweaty forehead, “while we wait, isn't it going to be a good time for the enemies to attack? Isn't it a perfect time to end us?" Frella reasoned out, her hand trembling with worry.
"Then we can command Lady of Qye to erase Princess Ezana's memory of her dragon and her sister before we end her life," Astyus said, examining his nail.
While Ermel and Syuen nod agreeing.
Jolios, Trios, and Frella certainly didn't agree with that.
"She will remember everything when Lady of Qye power is passed down to her," Wylard said after a while.
Everyone gasps, this is the first time Wylard chooses to take part in deciding the final sentence, he usually just sits down and yawns before he leaves in the middle of the discussion. He never voices out his mind or opinion, this is the first time.
"Besides, it seems Cresce is supporting her," Wylard said, eyes straight into Arax's soul.
Arax lowers his head and nods.
"Then I will pursue a lighter punishment for her," Arax decides, but Wylard shakes his head.
"Make it the lightest possible," he said, smiling at everyone.
That statement shocked everyone inside.
