"Greg come get me." are the first words out of Syd's mouth as soon as I pick up the phone.
"Syd, baby, talk to me. What is going on. I will leave right now, but do you really want to throw away your internship?"
Sobbing, "Just stay on the phone with me until I fall asleep, please? I love you so much."
"Of course." I stayed on the phone listening to her sob and repeat that she loves me until she fell asleep. I don't know who this Chris asshole is, but I am going to kill him for hurting my girl. I plan on heading to Salt Lake tomorrow no matter what.
