Dress as a Maid (Part 3)

"The schedule for tomorrow and only one of you can go with me when I am with the Crown Princess lessons in her room but you two can follow me, however, one will help to prepare the snacks."

"Then, take Sofie with you. I'll just wait outside and help the maid to bring snacks." I said because I do not want to meet the villainess.

"I was planning to take you with me but okay," she said, it's good that I got ahead of her.

"Then, what is the schedule for today that we will be having a tour?" 

"Well, for the two of you will be having a tour on the kitchen, garden, clinic, every room here in the palace, and you will be given some instructions about the rules here. As for me, I'll just be having a short stroll to some places like her highness room so you will be leaving first." Damn. can we afford to tour the size of the palace and the places are not close yet to each other? this is a pain in the a*s. I am a knight and not a maid.

"I feel like we become a maid in the palace."

"Well, basically to help the maids of the Crown Princess but you will just follow my command." 

" Oh, that's a relief," I said because I thought we would help into the palace.

"Of course, why would I make my knight work as a maid, I'm not that cruel."

"Yes, yes" I answered even though I didn't agree with her. Then I help Sofie to set the tea and snacks.

*Knock knock*

"Come in" 

"It's time to tour your maids Lady Miary." 

"Oh, okay. Go Av-Yva and Sofie." She almost said my name so I immediately looked at her.

" Thank you, Lady Miary. Just wait for the head maid to take you the tour later."

"Okay." She answered before we left her room.

We were walking while the maid talking about the rules and every room we passed through. She said many things but I didn't really listen since I was hooked up those golden frames, vase, and other things since it made of gold and diamonds.

All I memorized was where the kitchen was because that was the most important thing I would remember and the way out in the palace. After all, I'll just wait and get the food when they are in the room so I don't have to memorize everything.

We have already in the garden and it's almost night, it's good that this is the last part of the tour we will go to so we went to the kitchen and prepared. After that, we went to deliver the dinner at the Crown Princess room since only one can come so I stayed at the door while Sofie and the other maid went into the room. I was waiting outside when I saw the Crown Prince in the hallway to where I was so I immediately bowed. When he approached me, he asked me if they were inside so I just nodded while bowing and he entered.

I sighed after he went into the room while his attendants or knights stayed outside like me. I did not expect that is for the Crown Prince's meal we made. I was just standing thinking what will we have this dinner because I am hungry after the tour and we didn't have any snack break then we immediately helped to prepare food before we even ate. Their work is very difficult because they have not eaten at the right time because their boss has to finish before eating.

"Ahm, what's your name?" I was surprised by the question of an attendant of the crown prince so I turned to him.

"Are you new?"

"Then, you must the maid of Lady Miary.

"Yes," I answer while just looking at the floor with a bored tone.

"I'm Kerz and he is Dravis. Nice to meet you." He introduces.

" Hello. Nice to meet you too." I just said as I faced them and that's when I saw that they looked good.

" At last you look at us," Kerz said while his companion was silently smiled at me.

" Well, I am just a maid sirs." 

"You can call us with our names." 

" I can't do that." I said

"Then you can call us if no one is around."

" Okay if you insist. "

"Then, did you know where is Avy ?" 

"I don't know sir."

"That's unfortunate."

"Yes since he just left after he talked to the Duke yesterday," I answered them. 

"Oh, he might be in a special mission that it cannot be know--" Dravis stopped Kerz on what he was going to say.

"What?" 

"You cannot say something like that in public."

"Okay"

I ignored them both because they were already whispering. I want to leave in case they are not done yet and I am really hungry. Earlier my stomach was growling for a while but I had to put up with it.Being a maid is so unbearable if their masters are really taking time and it made me think how they can bear this kind of set-up? 

*growl*

My stomach sounded so I looked at my companions standing. I was suddenly embarrassed and I could feel my cheeks getting hot.

Kerz just chuckled while Dravis just looked at me. 

"Here, eat this to lessen your hunger." Kerz handing me a biscuit.

"N-no, thanks. I'll just eat later on." I said even though I wanted to take it but of course I was not that bold to accept it.

"No, you should eat this. They may still be inside longer. " Kerz said that's why I accepted because the biscuits are my favorite chocolate flavor.

"Is that so? Then thank you Kerz." I said and immediately ate what he gave. The biscuit is delicious or because I'm just hungry that's why it's delicious. I suddenly felt tried in my throat so I coughed. Kerz immediately supported me.

"Wait, I'll just get you a water," he said but then someone handed me a water and it was Dravis. I thank him but he just nodded.

"Slow down, Yva. No one will get your food." Kerz said so I was embarrassed because of my hunger. I continued to eat biscuits and now, I eat slowly.

"You are so cute when eating." Kerz commented so I almost vommit out what I was eating.

"W-what?! Are you insulting me?!" I said that's why he was surprised and that's when I remembered I was a maid now.

"It's not like that. I'm sorry if I insulted you that way." 

"oh, no-no. You don't have to say sorry. I should be the one to say sorry." I said and he just scratched his head.

"It's okay Yva." he said and suddenly the door opened and Lady Miary and Sofie came out.

"Let's go A-Yva. I'm sorry to make you wait."

"It's okay, my lady," I said and followed her. I immediately approached lady Miary to tell her to send something to her room and Sofie was behind us.

When we arrived at Lady Miary's room she immediately lay down on her bed. Sofie scold her to change her clothes so she did nothing but to stand up and I went out first. I was outside the door when the food is already here so I knocked and said that the food is here. Sofie opened the door so I told the maid that we would take care of the dishes and she doesn't need to come back.

I immediately eat the food and I give some to Sofie since she said she will eat later but I told her that she should already since we were starving earlier when we served. I forced her to eat because there was no one else so it was okay.

"Avy the attendants of the Crown Prince was asking your schedule to me awhile ago but I refuse to tell them since I need your permission first."

"Oho, that's a good decision Sofie. Just leave them." I said while staffing my mouth.

"Did I hear it right?! Sofie are they interested in our lovely Avy?!"

"Shut it Lady Miary. I am not somebody's property."

"So Sofie why did they want to know Avy's schedule??" Lady Miary ignored my plea and she was just interested in Sofie's statement. Her hearing is incredible and at the same time scary when I was involved because she had just been busy reading so I was surprised when she suddenly spoke behind us.

"Yes, you heard it right Lady Miary. They asked me a while ago since the two of you went ahead while they call me since Avy didn't even look back but I answered them that I need to get her permission."

"Then, Sir Kerz said, Okay."

"Sofie next time, you should just give it since our Avy is so beautiful that even she was dressed as a maid made the attendants of the Crown Prince gained interest even though she doesn't act like a maid." She with Sofie.

"Don't forget, Lady Miary that I am a guy," I commented then the two of them looked at me as if they are ready to eat me alive. 

"Avy you better shut those mouth of yours if you are only to ruin my happiness," she said in a serious voice so I shut my mouth.

"Now, Sofie teach her to act like a woman starting tomorrow."

"I understood." 

"Hey, I refus---- okay, okay, fine." I would have refused if Lady Miary was not already holding her sword, so I just nodded.

After that, we go to our room after we return the soiled dishes to the kitchen. I let Sofie first change into the bathroom while I was looking at the moon. I heard the door was open so I went to the restroom and remove those corsets and covered my chest with bandages.

I went back to our room and Sofie was asleep so I went to bed.

I woke up early and exercised a little before the sun came up.

"You are so early Avy. Good morning." Sofie greeted me while she was already fixing her bed. After we changed our clothes we proceed to Lady Miary's bedroom. I knocked and she just said to come in so we went into her room. Sofie prepares also the things that Lady Miary necessity. It seems like the life of a noble is amazing because someone will take care of you. I left the room when she was about to change her dress.

"Is Lady Miary done?" I was surprised when someone spoke behind me so I slowly turned around and faced Renz the crown prince. And Kerz waved at me while Dravis was in his poker face.

"Greetings to the Crown Prince. Lady Miary is still changin--"

"Greetings to the Crown Prince. Good morning."

"Good Morning, too. Then, let's go."

"Sure."

"By the way, Miary is she her your new maid?" while pointing at me while I just looked at the floor while following them wherever they go.

"Ah, yes. She's Yva since my other maid is on her leave so I brought her instead." 

"Oh, I see. That's why I didn't recognize her that it's not your usual maid aside from Sofie."

"Well, she's about my age so I like her," she said and she seemed to enjoy talking about me.

"I think I saw you somewhere? Hmm" Suddenly he approached me while holding my face. So avoided his gaze to me.

"Your Highness, please refrain your boldness." Lady Miary removes his hand from my face.

"Oh, did I pissed you of?" He said laughing to Lady Miary but her face was serious.

"Oh. I'm sorry" he said while his hands in the air.

"It's okay, your highness but still you should be more careful because many are watching for your every move. "

"Yeah, I know. Nothing wrong if I can take a maid as my concubine, right?" while he was looking at Lady Miary's serious face and I think her patience will soon run out.

"Yes, but not my maid your highness." she looks like she's at her limit.

"I'm just joking Lady Miary. Relax, I was just teasing you," he said while trying to calm Lady Miary.

"It's not funny, your highness."

"I know. that's why I'm sorry. It's the first time that you cherish a maid so much."

"Well, she is indeed important."

"By the way, where is Avy?"

"He is in a mission right now."

"What? Then how about next week? Can he be able to come back for the hunting?"

"He can but why?"

"Don't tell me you forgot that you permitted him to accompany me for the hunting." I remember, next week will be the hunting.

"Huh? when did I give permissi---" I pulled Lady Miary with me as I whispered the day when she agreed with the Duke.

"Oh, I just remembered your highness."

"Then, can you send him already a letter to come back next week?"

"Understood your Highness," We entered the dining area. They sat down and Lady Miary ordered me to get a paper and pen so I went out to get it.

"Who are you?" I asked, the one who is following us earlier. I threaten her with my small knife in her neck.
