The war continued for days and soon the injured were being carried into the castle. Lyra and Bianca were the first to jump in and help where they could to get their warriors back out there as soon as possible. It was slowly beginning to eat away at both of them, but they had to fight to keep their people alive.
On the battleground, Antonio and Brandon fought side by side and, thanks to Antonio’s information, their warriors knew how to take down the Lycans. Antonio had noticed their weaknesses after spending so much time with them.
It was slow-going, especially at first. The Lycans were physically bigger and stronger, but the werewolves were faster and far more agile. The Lycans couldn’t shift as quickly as the werewolves did. They also needed more energy than the werewolves did.
