He was asking so many thought-provoking questions that I badly wanted to hit him to stop any more words from spewing out of his lips.
I had no strength inside of me to even reason properly, talk more of hitting Henry so hard, it wouldn't be enough to get him to stop talking.
I wouldn't have thought about it if he hadn't said that. I hated that he was right. If he hadn't stabbed me that night, my powers wouldn't have been awakened, I would not have found out that I was the last descendant of the moonborn and my powers were being sought after.
