44 – THE CRONE AND THE BUTCHER
Third Person POV
The council of witches consisted of ten of the highest ranking witches including the Mother Supreme – Lady Cecile.
The other nine spots were occupied by three grand warlocks and six high witches.
Of the grand warlocks, Baylor was the fiercest and the scariest and of the high witches, an old crone by the name of Shana was the most feared.
Lady Cecile sat at the edge of the table and to her right was Baylor and to her left was Shana. The rest of the grand warlocks and high witches filled the other seats.
There was absolute silence in the hall as all ten of them sat around the huge rectangle table that had a skull engraved on it.
Lady Cecile had just informed them of the new alliance with Damon and everyone was processing the information.
