The party may have ended horribly, but something good came out of it. Suddenly, Ash was much more open and attentive toward me. People noticed the change because we were touching and kissing much more. He smiled at me, and I constantly smiled back at him.
While I wished I hadn’t almost been violated, it brought us closer together. As the pack began to see the change in us, it was clear they started changing too.
Ash was right. When the Luna and Alpha were in sync, the pack thrived, and good energy spread through us all. Ash didn’t seem as scared of letting me close. He wanted me near, sought me out often, and needed me.
