Sania’s POV

The Goddess stays quiet for a while. That is enough of an answer for me.
“She loves you, Sania.”
I scoff loudly. Even the Goddess pities me and tries to slap a band-aid to me now. I choose not to dwell on the matter anymore. Maybe that’s why she didn’t bring me with her during the day of the mas.sacre. She preferred to die than take an evil soul with her.
“What do you want to talk about?” I snap at the Goddess. She is shrouded in light, so I can never see her face, nor do I even try to.
