last night was tough no matter how many times i tried i just could not get into her dreams, it was like she wasn't even sleeping, so i decided to try something else, i wrote a note, and then folded it, holding it in my hands i pictured her shorts i don’t know what pair she would be wearing, it could go into a pair that she wouldn't wear until a month later, but who knows, at least i had warned her right, opening my eyes the letter was gone, i really hoped this worked. it took a few hours but i heard something fall turning around, i saw the same note laying on my dresser, what in the world, did it just simply came back to me, on purpose, or did i think of myself, well let's find out, who knows, unfolding the note, i was shocked, she wrote back, holy goddess she actually wrote back to me, she wrote telling me she was safe and she is in now her mates pack, and if Gunner ever finds her, she will kill him without mercy, Yeah, that was Susan, she had been gone for so long, i think i was even inlove with her, but i never said anything, she was so kind and loving to everyone, it was just a shane how Gunner treated her and how he hurt her. i simply wrote back and said,

“I will keep you informed on what he does, and if he gets close to finding you, wait for me to write, no more writing back, stay safe,”

Cross pov

I told Susan I was going to be in the office, i had to go through a few things since tomorrow will be her ceremony, we put it off for one more day. That way she can get another day of training, she was doing so well. i was proud of her, i knew she was nervous about last night, but when i walked into the bedroom, my mouth dropped open. i hurried to take a shower than dried off.. placing the towel around my waist, i asked her if she was really ready because once it's in,it's going to stay in there until we were done, and that's what we had done, we marked each other again, i wanted to tell her i loved her again, but i'm not sure if she was ready to tell me that she loved me, her actions tells me she does. but i would like it o hear it, i was done with the paperwork it wasnt that much since i was keeping up with it, if i don't it can pile up, and i hated it, ill check the emails later, and make the phone calls i need to make after training, Looking up, I saw my mate walking into the room with a weird look on her face, standing up i went on alpha making sure she was okay, that nothing was after her,

“Im okay, really i am, but something happened, but first,” she closed the door then locked it, then she told me what had happened and what she found and what she wrote back.

“I don't know if he wrote back or not, but I wanted to wait until i got here. maybe give it some time to get there and get back. h3ll i don’t know. it's weird but if i'm not crazy, he should have written back and the letter should be back by now,” reaching into her packet, she pulled out a folder sheet of paper, unfolded it and read it, she nodded as she handed the letter to me. I was shocked to read this. but I needed to find out for myself.

“He says not to write back. He would keep us informed. So I think I will write a few lines and see what happens.” reaching my desk. I wrote on the paper.

“This is Alpha Cross. thank you for informing my mate and I. please keep us informed,

folded the letter and handed it back to her. She placed it in her pocket.

“Lets see what happens if this is really true. If he knows who i am, then he will know i'm the most dangerous alpha out there. And i will keep my mate safe.’ We walked outside to the training ground. we did the warm ups and than it was time to spar, it was actually fun to watch my mate spar with these girls, and guys, some of the guys were cocky thinking they could beat a female, but Susan put them in their place, she was an Ivy, she’s ruthless and doesn't take s**t from anyone, she was sparing with a female today, she was showing her what she was doing right and what she was doing wrong, by the time they were done. they were both bloody, it was fun to watch, Even though i was on edge, and all i wanted to do was rip that girl apart, I knew Susan hand it handled, since training was over, i wanted to see if that Beta wrote back. let's see what he had to say,
