Chapter Sixty-four
Austin and Diane ended up having another bawl just like every other time. Austin knew that there was no way she would ever get used to staying under the same roof with him. It was always about how she wasn't comfortable with him or any other person giving Shane a luxurious life, which was second nature to him as he couldn't help it. They didn't talk much in the days that followed as they rarely saw each other. Diane usually worked till night sometimes. There were a few times she also had midnight shifts. Austin spent most of his time after work with Pamela because of their wedding which her parents wanted to be as soon as possible.
