“What the hell is going on here?” Dr Jake asked in shock, rushing toward us and freeing me from Charlie's grip.
“You stay out of this!” Charlie warned firmly, charging towards me again.
“Why do you want to kill her?” Jake asked calmly, shielding me with his body yet again.
Charlie didn't respond to Jake and tried to attack me again but Jake pushed him to the side easily.
“I have warned you to stay out of this, why don't you do the work you can here for?” Charlie asked in anger, refraining from attacking me.
“I am protecting my patient, I just told you she is pregnant, shouldn't that tell you to treat her nicely? She is already sick and being pregnant puts her at a high risk but in spite of this you still want to strangle her, how far can you go?” Dr Jake asked
