We shopped around for hours. Having the time of our lives, it was like we were back in college again. Mel is the best girlfriend a girl could ever have. He is easy to talk to and always had a way to brighten anyone’s day. I smile as I take a huge bite of pizza. I see him frown as he reaches inside his pocket and pulls out his phone. He gets up and takes a couple of steps away to have some privacy. He is facing away from me, but I see his shoulders become ridged. Well, that is not good. Wonder what is going on. I check my watch and see it’s one pm. My appointment with the Alpha and Luna is at two thirty.
