The first 2 weeks of physical therapy was not too bad. I used my arm for all the exercises, and I continued to try to do things on my own because I needed to, but when my arm needed a break, I gave it one and asked Hunter for help. Physio was going well; I went in 3 times a week, but I knew I was in for a lot more soon when we started with my leg too. I had been working part time from home which kept my mind occupied for most of the day. I had a challenging time not working because I was trying to get my bearings after being off for 2 months.
