CHAPTER 7-CARS FOR ALL

*Rin’s POV*

I watched as Dom’s eyes turned pitch black. He growled as I continued palming his hard on. “Pup. You keep this up, I'll have to do some bad things to you.”

My eyes widened at his tone but nevertheless continued teasing him. 

“Dinner’s readyyyyy.” Seb cheerfully chimed oblivious to the tension between Dom and I. Dom continued staring down at me, ignoring his brother. 

“Guys- Oh.” Seb finally realized what was happening.

I turned my attention to Seb who was watching me over Dom’s shoulder. Suddenly I felt very very shy with both their attention on me. I retracted my hand from what I was doing and shied away from Dom’s stare. 

“Um….” 

Dom let out a growl then captured my lips with his. When he finally broke it off, I was left breathless and probably very very red. 

But Dom turned away to face his brother somehow totally ignoring what just happened. 

“What’d you make?”

While Dom examined whatever Seb made, Seb smirked at me. He came closer and whispered in my ear, “You’ve been a bad pup.”

I wasn’t sure if my face could become any redder.

“Come on, let’s eat.”

*Seb’s POV*

I watched as my mate hopped off the counter and went to sit on a chair before getting pulled towards my brother.

I was so engulfed with cooking that I didn’t realize what they were doing. I shared a smirk with my brother as Rin struggled to get out of my brother’s grip.

“You keep moving pup I might just have to tie you up and f**k you senseless.”

Rin immediately froze, turning a very dark red. 

I smirked then turned to my food.

*Dom’s POV*

My mate struggled at first to get out of my arms but I hugged him tighter to me and forced him to stay in my lap. “Comfortable?” I whispered in his ear.

He nodded and started eating his food happily.

“This tastes good Seb!” He turned to grin at Seb praising him for his cooking.

“Thanks.” Seb grinned back at Rin.

I smiled to myself, watching my mate enjoy himself. How could my dad expect me to use him as an asset? I was angry at my father for thinking so little of my mate. However as I watched my mate eat his food happily, I pushed my thoughts away, determined to remain happy for him. He didn’t need to know what my dad was planning. Especially not when he was just warming up to us.

“Dom? You okay?”

I shook my thoughts away and turned to see my mate staring up at me cutely. Smirking, I replied, “Don’t worry baby boy. I’m fine.”

I watched in delight as his cheeks turned pink and he shyly turned back to his food. Looking over at Seb, I found him already watching me.

“What did father want?” He silently mindlinked me.

I replayed my conversation with my father for him and watched as he frowned.

“Why would father think our mate has devious plans?” 

I mentally shrugged but was silently questioning it myself. Later, maybe I would go do some research in the library for more information on Rinsley’s old pack. Maybe I could dig up something that would erase my father’s doubts. 

“All done!” Rinsley’s perky voice roused me from my thoughts.

“Great job. Want to go back up to our room?” Seb smiled at our mate. But my mate blushed and shook his head. “You said we could go see the cars!” He pouted cutely as he looked up at Seb. 

Grinning, I brought my face down to his. “I’ll take you to see the cars.” 

“Heyyyyy. I said I would take him!” exclaimed Seb. I rolled my eyes at him and minklinked him.

“You should probably talk to dad. He won’t see sense if I talk to him.” Seb frowned but finally agreed.

My mate wriggled in my arms. “I know you guys are talking, you know. What’s so important?” He turned his cute round eyes to me. Smirking, I licked his nose.

“Hey! That’s disgusting.” He scrunched his nose up at me. I laughed aloud. 

“You’re cute.” My mate’s cheeks turned a bright red and I buried my face into his neck.

“Dommmmm. It’s my turn. Gimme Rin.” I brought my face out of Rin’s neck only to glare at Seb then stuff my face back into his neck. He smelled good.

“You’re so mean,” was all I heard before my mate was pulled out of my arms and into Seb’s. Looking up, I frowned but then smiled as my twin cuddled with my mate. How cute. 

"MMPH," Rinsley let out a groan as Seb's lips engulfed his. After a full two minutes of listening to them make out I cleared my throat aloud. Seb looked up with a smirk on his lips and Rinsley turned to me looking extremely flushed. 

“I-I-” My mate buried his face into his hands, cutely peeking out at me once in a while. I gave him my best grin and then turned to Seb.

“I’ll take RinRin to see the cars.” Seb frowned but nodded at my words. 

“Yay!” Rin leapt out of Seb’s lap and started bouncing up and down in place. “Come on, hurry up!” 

I let out a chuckle at his excitement and turned back to my brother. “Later then?” 

He nodded, seeming a bit upset. “Keep the smile up Seb. Don’t let Rin know until we’re certain.”

He glared at me but let a small smile settle on his face. Satisfied, I turned back to my mate who was frowning up at both of us. 

“Sorry little one. We can go see the cars now.” His frown quickly turned to a smile and he grabbed my hand pulling us in the direction of the garage. 

I spared my brother one last glance before following after my mate.

*Rin’s POV*

I knew something was up. First Dom went off somewhere and now Seb was going off somewhere. I couldn’t really ask either because that’ll just raise their suspicions. For now I was stuck playing along in this tangled web.

We were on our way to the garage. I was a bit annoyed having to keep up the act of being excited over cars. I really wasn’t. I knew absolutely nothing about cars other than how to drive one. But I needed to know the whereabouts of the garage and what it would lead to outside.

“I wasn’t expecting you to be so interested in cars.” Dom suddenly spoke. I turned to look up at him. 

“Oh! Well- uh- my dad has always loved cars so I took after him.” Another lie. I sheepishly smiled at Dom, trying to ignore the guilt churning in my stomach. He gave me a handsome smile in return.

“Well hopefully our cars don’t disappoint.” 

We stopped at a door and he pushed it open to reveal a very very large garage. I stopped frozen in my tracks. There were rows and rows of cars, each designer and luxury brands. 

“Do you like them?” Dom leaned down, whispering in my ear. I nodded and continued staring at the cars, feeling intrigued even though I didn’t even like cars. Peeling my eyes away from the cars, I trailed my eyes along the walls of the garage, examining the details. 

Dom stretched out a hand to point at the farthest wall, near what I assumed was the door. “That’s where we keep the keys. Let me know if you ever want a ride.” He gave me a wink and I flushed red, turning away from him, feeling shy. I pushed down the lovesick feeling, and turned my focus to the wall he had pointed at. And it was true. There it was, a built-in cache of rows and rows of keys. 

I tried to hide the excitement bubbling within me as I turned to Dom smiling. He grinned back and then started walking further into the garage.

I trailed behind him, looking at the cars in intrigue. 

“This one is my favorite.” He brushed his hand along a sleek black car. I couldn’t recognize what car it was so I just sheepishly smiled at him and said, “It looks really nice. Could we drive it out one day?”

He gave me a cheerful smile and nodded excitedly. “Me and Seb like going racing together all the time. He likes driving that one.” He pointed to the car right next to his. It was a shiny red car with really cool tail lights. 

“Oooooo.” I stared at their cars as I contemplated my plan. I would have to sneak into the garage one night and drive off. Although racing with my mates did sound really fun. 

Dom nudged me slightly with his shoulder. When I turned to him, he was blushing cutely. “I’m really happy we found you Rin.” He looked away from me, embarrassed by his confession. My heart lurched with sadness as I took in the feelings he truly had for me. My wolf howled in pain in my head as I was reminded once again of what I planned to do.

Ignoring the guilt and sadness surrounding me, I gave Dom my best smile and tilted my head in response. “Likewise.” 

Sorry my mates. I’ll make it up to you one day.
