With all the remaining strength and courage that we are bearing in our chest, we started to run towards the bees. We have showed extreme courage towards what we will be going to do, and there is a high possibility that our lives will be taken in an instant. However, we do not care. Long as we can save those people who needs help right in this situation. Seems like we’re heroes, not gangs. But dang it, I don’t care anymore. There were only at least five Owls that has remained in their pack. It was a misfortunate thing that has happened to this group because the once numerous member of the gang were now depleted into not increasing in ten numbers. However, despite how little are they remaining right now, we will be saving them no matter what. One of the Owls were about to be stabbed by a demonic giant bee that was charging towards him. But, since I have quick responses, I spun the smooth handle of my jade knife and just before the bee could kill the man, I have already thrown the knife I was holding. It travelled directly towards the bee, and at the exact time, the blade of my jade knife had smoothly sliced the needle-like sting of the bee. “Your safe,” I said to the man as I ran towards where the thrown jade knife had gone. I wasn;’t able to look at his face, and see if he was thankful to what I have done, or perhaps how relieved he was that the time of his death was not now. I was busy observing the surrounding for upcoming attacks, and I my mind was also focused into getting one of my twin jaded knife. It wouldn’t be called twin jade knife if one was missing wasn’t it? Not far, I saw Valour also fighting again with the bees. I hope he was now okay and that there wasn’t any wrong thing that he was hiding towards us. Gaston was also fighting bees. By the looks of hims, he was enjoying the fight he was having. Holding a baseball bat, the big man was treating the bees as the baseball. All of them, the members of the Vultures, they were saving the remaining survivors of the Owl gang, and … though they were not telling me, I know that they are making a way for me so that I could go to the part where Agos were being kept. I am the most agile among them, that is why even though we haven’t discussed anything, we have this pre-decision that I will be the one who will do it. The lair of the bees where the honey-cocooned Agos was kept, is at the largest tree in this dead forest. “But this tree is nothing,” I said to myself. I started to climb towards it, quick as possible. I was worried whether the bees would attack me, but then I noticed that some of the Vultures were covering for me. “Go quickly, Sitri! We’ll cover you!” said one of the member of the Vulture gang. There are ten of them below the tree and they were holding bows and arrows. They were covering me by means of shooting an arrow towards the bees who are planning to kill me. I don’t want to put their efforts into nothingness. That is why, I quickly climbed on the tree. It was however a hard climbing because the tree was rough and tall. But sooner, I was able to climb until the branch where the bee hive was attached. One of the bees had attacked me, but I stealthily wielded my knife and killed it with a stab. Damn it, I need to move faster! I can’t let them stay in the battle field for longer time. We’re planning to save the owls, not to follow the destiny of that gang. I stood up exactly on that branch of tree, and then started running while balancing my body. I need to do this because crawling on that branch would take a longer while. This thing needs to be finished as soon as possible before we accumulate more casualties. Good thing, those who are covering me below the tree are pretty good in handling bows and arrows. They could easily shoot the bee in a sudden sharp second. With that, I kept my running stance with balancing until when I am directly below the bee hive, I turned my back, and without any hesitation, I let myself fall, and make the gravity pull me downwards. Of course, it was a plan. I can tell that I have elegantly thrown myself downwards because I am not afraid of what I am doing. I passed the bee hive as I fall downwards and with a concrete control of my body, I smoothly cut the thread of honey that was making the cocooned Agos hang below the bee’s hives. We both fell in the ground and I used the honey cocoon at Agos to lessen the impact of our fall. I have tried it already to Valour, that is why I am confident I won’t be dying from that fall—I already got the trick of it. When I have confirmed that there were no bone that was broken to me, I quickly checked the situation of Agos. “Hey, Agos, you alright?” I said as I tap his cheeks who was now cold from extreme stress and trauma. He flinched. He tried to talk, but it wasn’t as loud as others. Yet, I was surprised when he said, “Sitri? What are you doing here? Where is the ultimate boss of those creatures?” he asked. “I—I don’t know what boss you are talking about.” “Th—The boss. The one who is much more powerful and frightening compared to the bees. The one who abducted us,” he said with worry, then he fainted and fell asleep once again.
