Kirsten opened her eyes lazily as she picked up her phone. She was awoken by the ringing sound of her phone beside her.
"Hello? Who's this?" She asked. Obviously, she didn't look at the caller's id. After all, she was too sleepy to do that. She couldn't even open her eyes completely.
That is until she heard the voice of the caller.
"K-Kirsten..."
It was Arcus. Unlike his usual deep, manly voice, he showed his husky yet almost whispering sexy voice.
As always, Kirsten admired him inwardly however, as soon as she glanced at the clock at her bedside table, she immediately panicked. She doesn't know why but she could feel an extreme anxiousness and stress in his voice. Not to mention, Arcus had never called her this early.
