"Where off to, sire?" The chauffeur asked in his most British accent. He was wearing a black blazer and a white shirt underneath and a black hat on his head. His white beard says of how old he is. Raphael had thought that the man was in his late 50's. "To the City Council," he said still staring at the chauffeur waiting for his answer. The chauffeur nodded and looked straight ahead. Raphael jumped to the carriage and closed the door. The carriage is too fancy, I wonder if they still have the same charges? Inside the carriage was black leather good for two. Its walls are covered with velvet red and the floor is covered with a brown carpet. There are small windows on each side and a window in front of the sofa for the chauffeur. The ride was in a short. It was like flying from above and landing from the ground. "You also have those horseshoes?" Raphael asked. "Ahh . . . yes, sire. It was given by the King Wildegardian—he had given it to almost the entire chauffeur as a gift." He replied without looking at the passenger. "Gift you say?" He looked at the window to his right and leaned on the wall while holding his chin for support. "Yes, yes. A gift. He once tried to ride in one of the carriages and found it boring for it was slow—I also find it boring." The man laughed. "Is that so," he said nonchalantly. The special horseshoes were made by the sorceress. It is for added speed of the horse. The ride was in silence but it was nonetheless exciting. It was the first time Raphael had ridden into this kind of carriage. The last time he went to Livonia, his ride lasted for 5 hours and now, he is entering the City gate which is really near to the City Council. "Here we are, sire." The chauffeur leaned his back and looked through the window to Raphael. Raphael was taken aback that they were already at his destination. It only took them 20 minutes ride! It amazed him that technology had gone this far saving time. "How much?" Raphael asked. He was expecting that it will take him 500 Kugh something like that because it was made by the sorceress. It must take thousands or maybe more tha- "Only 20 Kugh." He said nonchalantly. Raphael widened his eyes to his astonishment and let out a chortle. He tugged his hand into his pocket and got 50 Kugh in his hands. "Here," he said and stretched his hand to the chauffeur. "Keep the change. Thank you for the ride." Raphael jumped out of the carriage and walked slowly straight ahead to the City Council. He looked around—the place didn't make any difference since the last time he has been here. Of course, it has only been a year. There should not be any changes at all. He walked his way to the gates of the City Council and placed his thumb on the scanner situated at the sidewall of the gate like what he did on the ship. All in a sudden, the gates opened for him and he entered. He walked straight ahead to the building and pushed the door. The building was large for it is given to the Marshalls of the country as a place for such meetings. Marshalls are the ones who are governing the Cities. Like in Winterspring, it was Duke Montenour and Duchess Ryleia who ruled the City. They are the Marshalls of the Winterspring. The building is also available for the Divine Knights only if it's available or there is no meeting of the Marshalls. Raphael walked through the halls and found the room that is opened. He knocked and slightly pushed the door. He peeked inside and saw his colleagues chattering nonsense. It seems that Raphael is the last person they're waiting for. Frendel had noticed his arrival. He stood up and cleared his throat for everyone to listen to him. Raphael entered the room standing beside the door; waiting for his welcoming. "Everyone, Divine 4 has arrived," Frendel said. His hand is at his back the other one is letting everyone know that Raphael is at the door. He was wearing a white suit with yellow stripes on it and some yellow embroiders to design his suit. Raphael walked to his seat. The table was round and there is a space in the middle of it. There are mainly 23 members of the Divine Knights. To be a Divine Knight, one should be a graduate of the Academy. The second is that they join guild wars, the best player will be rewarded as a Divine. "Ha! I told you Graceel, he will not be late!" Wena shouted at Graceel who is seated far in front of her. Wena, the Divine 3, put her feet on the table and was slacking on her seat. Wena Cimyl Trinus Segita Divine 3 the Wind Huntress, was the youngest of all the Divine. She was wearing her uniform-navy blue skirt and a white polo top with a red ribbon on the neck of her uniform. Two of her buttons from the top were unbuttoned. She is still studying yet she's one of them. It was an exemption. She defeated the late Divine 3 in a battle. "I did not bet with you, you wench." Said Graceel with her eyebrows twitched. Graceel Steelwoods Bellow Divine 16 is the bitchiest among the Divine Members. Her long blonde hair flew flawlessly and stretches down to her knees as she leaned down on her seat. She was wearing white long gloves on her hands and a violet chiffon dress that stretches to her knees. "Goodness, Wena! Seat like a proper lady and Graceel, watch your language." Said Rohesia. Graceel rolled her eyes. Rohesia Guinevere Althalos Invira Divine 5 the Fire Dancer is the very sophisticated woman in the Divine members. Her soft blonde hair was tied into a ponytail. It looks like it is s shoulder length. She also has her large reading glasses on.
