The Bluish Light

"Troya, you broke in here!" he shouted.
"Hi, Liam," Troya greeted casually as she waved her hand.
Meanwhile, Mayang who entered after Liam got silent with a slightly worried face. Among the three of them, only Liam rarely gets emotional. Maybe it's because he's a boy, being chatty only for women. So when Mayang saw Liam's face, which was very red, it's a sign that Liam was very, very angry.
Lightning and thunder flashed again, making the three of them shocked. And all of a sudden, a strong wind hit the broken window and shattered another window. Strangely, the wind that enter the room was not a cold wind, but a warm wind accompanied by bluish light.
The wind enveloped the three of them. And the incoherent murmurs Troya had heard a moment ago came back. But this time, the voice sounded clearer. The three of them heard it like an incantation being cast by three different voices. The voice sounded so low, almost a whisper, velvety and tickling the ear, rhythmic and hypnotic.
For a moment the three of them didn't realise what happen next. Troya could see it clearly, when Liam and Mayang were unconscious in the warm wind that glows blue. Then, there was a black hole and sucked the three of them into it.
Troya felt unsteady and very nauseous as her body seemed to spin around in the black vortex. She tried to glance at Liam and Mayang, who seemed to be at peace with their eyes closed. Oh, why was it only her had to go through this suffering?
It was like an endless suffering. Imagine when you had an headache, as if it was about to break, and your stomach was being beaten repeatedly. Maybe, being dead were better than to suffer any of those things. Suddenly, her mind wandered around in the situation after she woke up at home.

Unusually, tonight sleep was dreamless. It felt so deep, black and quiet. But because of this dreamless sleep, Troya felt a strange sensation with her body. It seemed like she had something to do but she couldn't remember what. And when Miki messed her cereal bowl until it fell to the floor, Troya didn't scream at the boy. Or even when Miki dropped her bicycle position, she didn't mind at all.
At that time, she couldn't focus at all, her mind seemed to be wandering. Though the morning routine is always filled with the sounds of Troya and Miki screaming. The ten year old boy always annoys her. One time she wished that Miki wasn't her younger brother, but another time, when Miki fell off his bicycle, Troya would get panic immediately.
Mama said that her reaction was too much. Miki acted like that because the boy preferred the lively Troya even though she's angry and screamed at him but was healthy, rather than Troya who was alive but just laid on the bed and didn't move at all. Troya snorted at Mama's story, for her Mama's words were too much. Still, Miki is the most annoying boy who ever live in this world.
"Hey, Sis, I broke your knee protector," shouted Miki when Troya was taking her bicycle through the gate.
Troya stoped and saw her knees. It was true that she saw a c***k in her left knee protector, but somehow she didn't feel annoyed at all.
"You should be angry with me," said Miki. He rode his bicycle toward her. Although from his tone he looked sorry, but not with his face. Miki wasn't at all trained to control that grin on his face.
“Oh…, looks like it should be. But never mind, I just need to buy a new one. I have to go. Bye, Miki!" said Troya nonchalantly and riding her bicycle back.
Of course, Miki looked astonish. She herself was actually surprised by her mood this morning, on one hand not focus, but on the other hand so calm.
But after seeing a light on a billboard, she thought about the sleeping beauty fairy tale and the sleep curse. Several years ago, she could not wake up from her sleep even though she wanted to.
She didn't know why she remembered it again. Even though doctor Surya said that the therapy was successful and her condition was much better, there was no cure. During these past two years, she had never experienced it again.
After the accident this morning that happened to Liam, that made her emotionally lost control. She could not tell them how much she was very afraid, but at the same time angry that she could not bear. She felt confused why she could get out of control.
Then after her mood got better, she decided to watch a movie about sleeping beauty during lunch break. She knew very well that Mayang definitely did not mean to provoke her emotions. But once again, her emotions suddenly ignited. That was completely opposite to the conditions at home.
Then, what was this sound that she heard? Slowly but surely, inside Troya's head, she began to see three strange-clothed female figures gathered in a circle while reciting a series of sentences that she did not understand at all. Until finally she could catch a sentence uttered by the three female figures.

Suddenly there was a sound of thunder booming, lightning flashes through her eyes. Then darkness covered her whole world.[]
