Kaelis'pov Myra didn't wait for me to even change my clothes before dragging me away from the clinic, and I followed her blindly. I was desperate to get my answers and if that included me going to God knew where... then I will do it. We had been walking for a while now, as Myra had already picked up a torch, and the day had gotten darker, but from the way she moved, it was as if she knew the place like the back of her hand. Even with my sharp senses, I still found it difficult to hear or see anything in the pitch black forest. As we walked a bit farther inside, a little light shone from a short distance and then she stopped in her tracks. "We are almost there," she said, her voice showing excitement. "You still haven't told me where we are going, Myra." "You need to get your dreams interpreted and she is the best at interpreting dreams." She assured me. My stomach twisted and my chest heaved way too fast as I felt dread wash over me, but I continued in my short steps, behind her. The light grew bigger as we got near and the house... no the hut it came out from had become clearer too. The hut looked small and quiet from the outside and stood quietly at the edge of the forest. It was made mostly of wood and its roof was covered with dried grass. Smoke could be seen from the roof through a small hole and tall grasses surrounded it. It had an ominous vibe and the hairs on my body stood as I felt cold in an instant. "Is... is this the place, Myra?" I asked, my voice wasn't as sharp as it ought to be as I turned to look at her, but she had this gleam in her eyes that shone with the light that came from the torch. "Don't be scared, Kae. I won't let any harm come to you," she said. She held my hand and dragged me forward and in barely a minute, we were already standing in front of the hut. She knocked three times in a particular rhythm, and the timing was very precise. A knot formed in my chest as I stood behind her, staring blankly at the door. Then a soft thud was heard from the inside and the door was slightly ajar... Myra pushed it open and we went in. The inside of the house was really eerie. It was cold and it smelled of herbs and... I took in a sniff but it was as if I couldn't smell anything... Not even the tiniest of smells. It was as if my smell had grown dull and I felt a tightening pressure in my chest. "Myra..." I whispered, my voice shaking from either the cold or the nervousness-- I just couldn't tell. "We need to leave," I said as I tugged at her hand. "Ssh, she might get offended." She replied. Her eyes had become darkened, and her smile was now wider than it usually was. "Don't be scared, my child," a feminine croaky voice came out from behind me. "I won't bite, dear." I turned to see a woman in her... well, she looked old, way too old to be standing but she was either way. Her body was all covered in wrinkles and her hair dropped to cover her face. She wore a long sack instead of a cloth and she had tattoos all over her body. "You must be Kaelis," she said as she walked towards me in steps faster for someone her age. "How..." "No one in Silvermaw is ignorant of your presence, my child." She remarked. She stood in front of me, barely a distance between us and for the first time, I saw her feet, which had no shoes and her toenails were covered in soot. She quickly took my hands and covered them with hers. Her hands were colder than that of Myra's and that made me scared. "You are a lot if things, Ashfang," she added as she kept looking at me in the eyes. I tried avoiding hers but her cold hands held my sway. "You are here because you need answers, aren't you?" "Yes, but how did you know?" I inquired. She let out a short laugh and released my hand as she beckoned on me to sit on a wooden chair beside the one she had taken. I sat down as soon as Myra did. "Everyone seek me out when they need answers," she said. "So tell me, what brings you here?" "She has a dream and does not know what it means," Myra blurted out before I could say anything. "Well..." She stood up and went into the kitchen, she came out holding a tray. On it were a kettle with 3 teacups which she carefully placed on the table. "You will need this, to help you get back what was lost," she tilted her head and smiled. "Your memories will return." Without wasting any more time, she poured the drink into the teacups and gave a cup each to Myra and I. "It is Chamomile tea and it will help you in remembering," she confirmed as she took a sip from her cup. I took a sip and another then another before emptying the cup then I felt drowsy in an instant. "Yes, it is taking effect. Come and take a rest." She led me to the bed that was at the corner and I laid down. "Once you wake up everything will be as they once were," her voice sound calm but was distorted and the last thing I heard was my breathing. I opened my eyes to find myself with a sword in my hand and it was covered in blood. My chest pressed against my ribs as I took a look around at where I was. It was a deserted land and I was alone-- no bodies in sight or any idea where the blood had come from. Before I could move, I heard sounds coming from the east side and that drew my attention. I struggled to move my body as my legs were too weak to carry it, but I pushed against the pain that shot in my body. I moved at a much slower pace, the sound grew louder as I drew near. I stood on a higher ground and the sight in front of me was gory. Bodies all stacked up over another and they were... dead! My eyes widened and I quickly flew my hand over my mouth. I gazed over the sword and... Did I do this? I took a few steps back and my legs finally gave way. I fell into the sand and my eyes turned all watery. What kind of life did I lived to had been this evil? What did I do? "My lady...?" A male voice called out, but I beared it no mind. "Crimson?" A hand touched me as it jolted me out of my thoughts. I lifted my head and it was the same man, all over again. "Why play this mindless trick all over again?" "Why am I suffering so darn much for a crime I don't even remember?" I cried out. "Crimson?" The voice came again but this time it sounded way too familiar. I looked at the face and slowly the light gave way and for the very first time I had seen his face and it was... Orin?
