She is different

Eve woke up to the sound of her alarm clock, the day she hated most had finally arrived. It was this day she had wish she could ran away from but here she is to face it like a pro.She stood up brushed her teeth and took her bath. She dressed up in her baggy clothes and was ready to finally leave Oslo behind and focus on her new life in Amsterdam, but one thing was certain she wasn't ready for high school.She always felt the world had cheated her by not showing her love and once again had proved her point. When she finally finds a friend she hopes to be with always, the world decides to take her away by making her dad get transferred to Amsterdam meaning she has to go along thinking her mom will not be happy about it so she could stay here with her, her mom seems to be more excited than her dad all because she gets to partner with one of the biggest companies of her dreams as a model.Her dad as a surgeon and her mom a model were always busy and never really had time for her but Eve cared less. She walks downstairs and grabs a pancake from the table and begins to rush out. Her dad stops her and tells her to sit down and finish her breakfast but she ignores him and rushes out without even saying a word. She finally reaches Emily's house and rings the doorbell she hears her shout from the inside "that must be Eve!".She surely will miss this beautiful voice. Emily opens the door and sees her best friend standing like a lifeless body but that was who she was.She hugs Eve so tight and for the first time she hugs her back. Before she could say a thing Eve tells her holding to her so tight,"I'll miss you alot". But Emily couldn't say a word she only stood there sobbing and she finally tells Eve she'll miss her alot too."I think I'll be leaving now" says Eve. When she turns to leave she hears Emily call out to her "Eve I have something for you".She reaches out to her pocket and removes two bracelets with Emi-lyn written boldly on it, she tries to explain but Eve cuts her short saying she gets it already.She puts one on Emily and Emily does same for her. When she was about to leave Mrs Meyer called out to her and hands her a box, "this is for you Eve,in case we never see each other again"says Mrs. Meyer,but Emily retorts immediately saying"of course mom we will see her and her parents again". "Okay I have to get going now before my parents start getting worried and thanks alot for the gift Mrs. Meyer". Emily's dad, Mr. Meyer was a CEO of a building industry whiles her mom is a big time event planner. Eve quickly rushes back home only to meet her parents loading their stuffs onto her aunt's car. "Awwww sweetie it's been a while" says aunt Nancy hugging Eve tightly but she didn't even hug her back or even smile. Aunt Nancy is her mom's elder sister, after she releases Eve, she quickly enters and brings out her stuffs too and loads it onto her aunt's car. Then her mom asks her to enter the car, she quickly sits in the front sit with her dad just to avoid sitting with her aunt. Her mom then sits with aunt Nancy in the back seats. Aunt Nancy then asks Eve what she loves most about Oslo,to her she really couldn't tell so she just replied briefly "a lot of things"says Eve. "What kind of things exactly?",asks her dad "nothing" she quickly replies him. Soon after about forty minutes drive they finally got to the airport and their stuffs was loaded up on the plane. Aunty Nancy said she has to go now because she has some things to attend to. She takes her car keys from Eve's dad and heads towards her car to drive home. She waves at them and Eve's parents waved back. "Your aunt is waving at us won't you wave back", Eve just looked strangely at her mom with a thought saying,"I can clearly see that mother". When her mom turns to look at her,she quickly withdraws her gaze from her mother. It was now time to get onto the plane. Eve then got onto the plane with her parents. They followed the instructions carefully by the pilots and in few minutes time they were ready for lift off. Eve suddenly felt tapping on her shoulder to her realization it was her mother waking her up from her sleep. "Mom please I want to sleep", says Eve, "well sleeping beauty we've reached Amsterdam. "Already?" Eve asks her mom. "You kinda had a long nap, come on time to get off the plane" her mom tells her and she reluctantly followed from behind her parents."Hmmm",Eve sighs when she finally gets down the plane, then she went to help her parents carry their stuff out of the airport."Are we just gonna continue standing here like statues?" asked Eve looking irritated. "Honey we're waiting for a car to come pick us up"said her dad."How long is it gonna take?"asks her mom,"just be patient ", Eve's dad replies."She didn't ask whether to be patient or not!"says Eve, her dad says, "I get it but I need you both to be patient". "Patient! why can't we just take a cab instead?"asks Eve. But her parents just remain silent then a car approaches them and a man steps out of the car." You must be Dr. Martin Nilsen , and your wife Mrs.Alice Nilsen the most famous model of Norway and this must be your little champ"the man said whiles shaking their hands. When he extends his hands to shake Eve's hand, she just stares at his hand and tells him"I'm not interested,can we go now I'm really exhausted". "Please don't mind she's not used to people"says her mom to the man."No problem! let's go, this way, we'll surely be there in about fifty minutes"the man replies. "The place wasn't so bad",at least that's what Eve thought. But she looks very ready to get home, and just lie down listening to her favorite playlist. Soon enough they reached a big mansion. Even though, their home at Oslo was big this was much bigger. She just gets down from the car and stands there staring at the mansion."Is this where we'll be staying"? asks Eve."It seems so" replies her mom,"come on let's upload our things inside" he then turns to look at the man and says to him "thanks for the ride, we really appreciate" ."Oh! don't worry it's my pleasure, oh! and here are the keys to the entire house", the man replies. Eve's dad took the keys and opened the door. The inside of the house was even more splendid than that of the outside. Eve's mom quickly searches for the kitchen, when she finally finds it she looked so content , she thought, "wow so perfect for a lady like me!".As for Eve's dad his favourite place in the house is the living room, and of course he goes to check it out too. But Eve just went straight upstairs and chose a room, it was more like her room in Oslo. And that beautiful view from the window made her remember that of Oslo. The bed was already laid and she quickly lies down on it and before she knows it, she is fast asleep. Some few minutes later Eve wakes up and decides to pack her stuffs. She removes her clothes from her huge suitcase and carefully arrange them in the wardrobe. She then puts her headphones on and goes downstairs to get something to eat. When she gets down, she finds difficulty in finding the kitchen,so she decides that after grabbing something to eat, she'll take a tour around the house. Her mom and dad were in the living room watching TV together, her mom tells her that she came to call her to eat but she was fast asleep then so she decided to let her be. Her mom told her to go get her food on the dining table and eat before it gets really cold.She just replies with a sigh. It was her favorite spaghetti with sauce and sausages. She eats as fast as possible because she was very hungry then. After she was done her parents tell her she'll be starting high school in the next three days to come. "Wait today is Thursday meaning I'll be going to that s**t hole on Monday!" Eve thought. But she doesn't say a word to her parents, she just went to her room and freshens up. When she was done with her bath, she dresses up and lays on her bed playing videogames until she finally falls asleep.
