Eleanor walked into the drawing hall, greeting Viscountess Maria who is currently having her tea.
"Forgive me for keeping you waiting, Lady Maria. I am Eleanor Ivy Tudor"
Her top notch manner surprised Lady Maria that she can't even hide her surprised face.
"I greet Your Highness, Princess Eleanor Ivy Tudor."
She can't believed her eyes that the beauty stood in front of her is the same rumoured ugly princess.
The golden hair and the iridescent blue eyes fit perfectly the angelic face. Although she looked a bit small, but her figure seemed healthy and fit. Her hair that was braided and decorated with white pearls complimented the blue dress she's wearing perfectly. Maybe it is her beauty that complimented everything that is put on her.
They exchanged their greetings in a swift that awkwardly lead to silence.
Not wanting to drag the silence any longer, Eleanor took the initiative of getting to know Viscountess Maria first.
"Please call me Eleanor. I am still young and need assistance with my upcoming debut. I hope you can take a good care of me Lady Maria."
"Your manner is flawless, Princess Eleanor. There won't be anything much to taken care for. Pardon my manner just now as I was stunned, you looked so much like Princess Amelia except for your golden hair"
"Oh you met my mother?"
"She was a beauty that is known by everyone. I met her once on my debutante ball, she was pregnant with you at that time....." Viscountess Maria continue her stories after one another.
Eleanor find that Viscountess Maria is a very warm person. From their conversation, she knew that Viscountess Maria have three step sons from the late Viscountess and she cherished them dearly as they were hers. There is almost no hidden agenda with her visit except for assisting her with her debut. She also learned that The Queen was a good friend with the late Princess Amelia and she was devastated when she knew that Princess Amelia were to marry her husband. The story then continue with the introduction of the members of royal family and nobles, she have two older brothers that also possessed golden hair. They were ten and five years older than her and were a good friend with her soon to be husband, Sir Winter as they grew up together.
