“CAROLINE!!! WAKE UP!!!” I hear Jacob yelling at me in the distance. He seems so far away. I’m sorry my love, I say to him from wherever I am in my mind. I feel like I’m floating, light as air, and just drifting away. For some reason, I know I’m not dead.
‘Caro.’ I hear someone calling me. I turn towards the sound in my subconsciousness. Only one being ever called me that. ‘Callie?’ I call out.
