I lifted my weapon up towards the sky. The thick yellow pillar of light dissipated, and the violet circle blasted towards the walls. I could not move my hands. I forced my fingers to flick my weapon to missile mode, but it was unresponsive. “Shoot! I think I broke it,” I breathed out slowly. Then some sparks of yellow gathered in my hands. They bore beneath my skin, reaching the ends of my nerves. It burned my blood as it traveled through my arms. My heart pulsed rapidly like a horse taking part in a race. The walls reflected my vibrant yellow eyes. Suddenly, I felt something moving from behind me. Shining crimson red blinked in my peripheral vision. I breathed out the burning current towards my weapon. The missile launcher morphed itself into a solid metal war hammer. Then I shouted, “
