Brew of endings

Angels choir filled the sky with holy melody. Purest sound in world reached every cloud and every city in Eden. Even God’s castle high upon the biggest cloud drowning in light mist. God sat down alone in the great hall. He was waiting for someone. Therefore, he asked Jesus and Marry to take a trip to the downtown. God nervously tapped his fingers on the armrest of the golden throne. Even Phanuel, his right hand had been sent out of the castle with duty to run some errands.   At last, three figures appeared ridding three blinding white horses which were almost seeing through. Their wings were twice the length of their body and long tails dropped snowflakes on the Eden as they were making their way above it. God stood up and leaned down. Three figures unmounted their angelic Pegasus and greeted God. “It’s always a pleasure to see you.” He spoke. Three woman made eyes with each other. First to speak was the Spirit of the Truth. “You shall know the truth and Truth will set you free.” This woman had wise look in her eyes and she knew all the secrets of life. She leaned down her bald head and massive golden earrings clapped to her neck and made sound as the bell of the church. God welcomed them to the hall. “Of course, the one will always be set free by the Truth.” He agreed. Now the Spirit of Death took away her silk scarf of her face and looked around with pair of dead black eyes. “In the path of righteousness is life, and in its pathway, there is no death.” Her head scarf was held by crown with sparks all around. She put her scythe down and let the Holy Spirit step in. This woman was wearing golden armor. She had her eyes covered by platinum edge of her helmet. She did not need to see. She felt it all. “God never does anything accidental and he never makes mistakes.” She implied. God turned away. He still regrated what he did to his only daughter but he still didn’t know why the Spirits had paid him a visit. “What is done, is done.” He said. Storm cloud approached his castle. It got in the way of the sun and all the holy palace went dark. “The man called his wife's name Eve, because she was the mother of all living.” Spoke the Truth spirit. They all were much taller than God himself and as they got closer, God felt trapped. “The wife Eve, mother of living is now where their worm does not die and the fire is not quenched.” Said Death. Holy spirit took her sword out. “And now the one who disguises himself as an angel of light has won.” Said Holy spirit. The truth held a treasure in her hands – gold framed mirror with answer to all the questions one might have. “These will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.” She spoke showing the mirror to God. They all three were the one thing God feared. And now they forced him to pay for his mistake. He saw the secret surprise he needs to bring to the show to satisfy the three spirits. They mounted horses again and the holy spirit turned herself into white pigeon. “For from him and through him and to him are all things. To him be glory forever. Amen.” Whished him Death before leaving and as sudden as they appeared, even faster than that they had vanished.   Lucifer’s castle looked even more horrible and God’s forgotten than before. Windows’ glass was blown to the smithereens by the explosion. Dusts, roof tiles, edgy glass crystals covered floors in the castle and overgrown gardens. Lucifer’s was bleeding. His left wing looked like piece of crumpled paper, face was covered in dusts and scratches as did all his body. Bigger scratch took place on his leg, letting blood run down his foot. He was still trying to catch breath and clear his throat. “Take her” he coughed “…inside.” Theodor listened immediately. Luke and Kiara met him on the way. All butlers, servants and other creatures which hid in many chambers and basements were set free. Yard of the castle filled by gnolls, fire imps and wendingos. Kiara rushed to get wet towels and any potions she could find around the castle. Luke seemed terrified. “Is she’s dead?” he whispered feeling how his stomach makes him sick looking at Eve’s white skin and sagged body. Theodor did not answer. He hoped it is otherwise, but Eve’s body was so cold and her chest wasn’t moving like a breathing person’s. He slowly landed her on the bed. Lucifer took a while to catch up. Kiara started placing towels and weird creams on Eve’s scratches. She tried to do same on Lucifer but he pushed her away. “Help her.” He said groaning from pain. “Find a bottle saying Brew of endings.” “Faster” he repeated. Kiara’s hands started to shaking browsing through bunch of weird dusty elixirs. Luke grabbed her hand, took it out of the box and quickly found the flaks they needed. “Where did you learn Latin?” Kiara whispered when Luke handed potion over to Lucifer. “We all were somebody in the world outside forest.” He said with eyes locked on Lucifer opening the elixir and trying to pour some down the Eve’s throat. He barely opened her blue and cold lips. Half of purple liquid ran out of her mouth down her blueish neck and got her hair sticky and wet. “I can’t anymore.” Luke whispered and ran out of the room. Kiara wanted to follow him but she couldn’t leave Eve.  “Is she going to be fine?” Theodor asked. Lucifer poured some more liquid in her mouth. “Well, since she technically did not fall from Eden the way I did, she couldn’t turn into devil. But she passed away.” Kiara gasped. “She is immortal, she will come back.” Grunted Lucifer. “But I’m afraid since she was thrown out of God’s land but didn’t hit ground as me to become Hell citizen, she…” “…is mortal human being now?” Finished Theodor. “So, world is left out without a first woman - Eve?” “I don’t know everything. She will be fine now. I have to go. “Lucifer gave last look to both of them gathered around Eve’s bed and left. He saw Luke throwing up out of window. “Hold your s**t together, boy.” Sneered Lucifer passing him. Luke did not put his head up. “You will see way more worse things around here than just passed girl.”   “I thought you can’t bring dead’s back, can you?” Kiara whispered touching Eve’s freezing cold arm and running through her fingers feeling like icicles. “As far as I know, this is hell, so I guess you can bring soul back to it.” Theodor guessed. “But I don’t know. Death is most hidden secret in Eden, Earth and Hell.” Kiara suddenly felt how Eve’s nails getting back to the previous color and her finger tips warming up. She started to rub her arms trying to get blood moving again faster. “The potion is working!” She screamed. Theodor smiled. He took Eve’s other hand and did the same. “She is beautiful even when she’s dead, if that’s right thing to say.” Admitted Theodor. Kiara rose her eyes up to Theodor. He was too focused on Eve to notice that he’s being checked out. Kiara was amazed of the similarity of his bone structure and nose looking exactly like paintings she had seen of Alexandre the Great. Worried and caring look in his eyes made him look even more attractive. Tousled honey brown hair just accomplished all the prince charming picture. “Her palms are getting warm.” Smiled Theodor. His look on his eyes when he watched Eve getting back to life gave it all away. Kiara frowned. She rubbed Eves wrist, feeling blood starting to circulate under her ice-cold skin. “Eve is amazing, isn’t she?” carefully noted Kiara. Theodor nodded. “Of course.” “You got a thing for her, didn’t you? That’s why you got so freaked out when she fell.” Kiara said moving her palms up and down Eve’s arm. “What? No, no, you are mistaken.” Theodor quickly said shaking his head. Kiara met his eyes with raised eyebrows. He finally admitted it. Kiara sighed. “That’s unfortunate.” She casually said. Her hands went on Eve’s shoulder, and moved down her side helping blood reach her heart and all body faster hoping she’s about to start breathing again. “What do you mean?” Theodor asked trying to sound careless. “Well, I don’t know, I mean, she confessed me the other day, that she…” paused Kiara. “She what? Has crush on other man?” Theodor rushed trying to get an answer. “No, no, she doesn’t like other man.” Kiara denied. “The thing is that she doesn’t like men at all. You know…” Theodor just managed to get out little “oh”. He focused on Eve trying to don’t meet Kiara’s eyes again.
