"You need to leave Christina"
I was pushing her away I knew that but I wasn't lying when I said it was to keep her safe. It was painful to me also but it was the price I had to pay if I needed her alive and breathing.
I haven't returned any of her calls since that night and that was one week ago. Infact I had told Calum to handle my personal phone so I would not be distracted by the ringtone I had set only for her. Calum has been reporting back to me whenever she called though, I however told him to not tell me about her messages.
Only God knows how many there were.
I had been knee deep in work, barely leaving the office as it was and even if I left it was to go to Daimon's office whenever the bastard needed me which had been alot.
