Jessica and Anita depart from my office as I sit and stare around the room. It doesn’t look like anything I would call mine, with the ornate gold and burgundy furniture, otherwise completely bare. My head is in a whirl, so much has happened in just one week. How did I get here? To this moment, place and time? I feel the weight of my sister’s and Ivy’s eyes upon me and I look to them.
