Katarina looks out the car window, then looks at me.
"Where are we?"
"It's a new location, only Igor and a few soldiers know, but the grounds are well guarded."
"Guarded?" She looks so confused and I understand. She still doesn't know. Katarina has not yet understood the magnitude of what happened in that church.
I open my mouth, then close it.
That can wait.
For the time being...
Esteban and Iñaki are carrying Demyan inside who is already awake, from here we can hear the vulgarities he shouts and I smile, pleased when Esteban hits him and he falls to his knees, still with his wrists chained behind his back.
"Do you want to have fun?" I ask Igor.
"I've been looking forward to it for years."
Katarina looks from one to the other, confused, and I smile a little at her innocence
